自然光がたっぷり入る1ベッドルームアパートメント、10フィートの天井、専用の入り口、サンルーム、リビングルーム、小さなキッチン、広いバスルーム、ウォークインクローゼット、洗濯機/乾燥機。 サンルームからは、ダウンタウンのスカイラインを望む前庭を一望できます。 キッチンはサンルームへのフレンチドアがあるリビングルームに開いています。 ベッドルームは広く、クイーンサイズのベッドとウォークインクローゼットにランドリーがあります。 ゲート付き駐車場とたくさんの路上駐車場があります。 このアパートメントは、アトランタで最も多様な近所の歴史的な旧第4区にある築100年の家の1階にあります。
横断歩道から20フィート、消火栓から15フィートの場所に駐車すると、無料の路上駐車スペースがたくさんあります。 家の後ろのゲート付き私道には、コーヒーテーブルにリモコンがある1つのスポットがあります。
後方に駐車する場合は、オレンジ色の縁石の前にある赤いフレンチドアの右側に駐車してください。

Such a thoughtful place to stay! Homey, wonderful art work on the walls, enough towels & wash cloths for both of us to last through our long weekend. A beautiful neighborhood, easy street parking at each arrival. We enjoyed the location & were able to have a great time in Atlanta. Thank you!

We came to Atlanta for a wedding for 3 nights. My communication with Patrick was fantastic. The Queen bed is very comfortable and it was nice to have a sitting area and galley kitchen. The bed linens were very comfortable (I’m picky) and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had coffee pods for our use and there was a Brita water jug in the refrigerator. It was great to have reserved parking behind the house. It was easy to get to many attractions in Atlanta.

Gardenesque Oasis in O4W

Booked this listing for a work trip, and decided to extend my stay to enjoy the city. The owners are great hosts, providing updates on any outside work to make sure you weren't startled. Also give great local eat and see recommendations, really creating a home away from home with this listening. There was secure parking for vehicle owners, and the quiet was great after conference days.

Lovely long weekend in this century old home away from home

We spent the long Memorial Day weekend in this really quaint VRBO carved out of a corner of the hosts beautiful century old home in Atlanta’s O4W. The hosts thought of everything. We were super comfortable and felt right at home. There are several restaurants within walking distance (Amano’s Italian and Umai Sushi) that we enjoyed each evening of our stay. Patrick and Galal are very gracious hosts and we’ll definitely be back next Memorial Day weekend!

Exactly what we wanted

Was in town for a conference and needed a place near the Georgia Congress and rooming enough to hang out that wasn’t a stale hotel room. Also needed to be clean, secure, and affordable. All were met. Plus, place had solid furniture with nice interior which made it a fun stay for us.

Weekend trip

Perfect spot for a short weekend trip to ATL. Came into town for a show at Mercedes Benz stadium and this location was convenient to everything we wanted to do! We loved sitting in the front area and the space felt like a perfect size for two.

Great Place to stay for a solo traveler

The host Patrick was easy to work & very accommdating. He even helped me bring up my luggage and showed me how to use the electronic lock. I absolutely recommend this location for a solo traveler

Great spot

Easy walking distance to lots of fun eating spots and the John Lewis Trail. Highlight for us was the Carter Center.

I came later than I anticipated, so it was dark and I got a little turned around. They helped me get in and even offered to help with my things. I somehow locked myself out, they talked me through the solution even though it was after 11. I got ready to leave, they closed the gate so I didn’t have to walk around. Accommodating is an understatement. The space was perfect, exactly as advertised, but better in person. It was nice having a designated parking spot. Caught a quick Lyft to and from my location and never had to worry about traffic. For those who complained about the location, you prob just need to get out a lil more, there’s nothing wrong with this area. I’m already looking for an excuse to return!

Excellent!!!

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating-they even helped us carry in our luggage! Beautiful old home with high ceilings and wooden floors. Quiet neighborhood with private parking, and close to everything that we wanted to see and do! Will definitely recommend!!

Comfy Cozy!!!

My husband & I had a kid free night out and this place did not disappoint!! The owners were incredible, the bed, pillows & sheets were soooooo comfortable! Although we didn't cook they had everything one would have needed. Thank you guys for the hospitality!!!

My husband and I have been together for 24 years and in this neighborhood for 20 years. We renovated this 100 year old house into a duplex with in-law suite. We are self-employed and work together on residential renovations. We enjoy gardening, cooking, camping, hiking, biking and community building.

This house was perfectly located in the most diverse and historic neighborhood. Being in a transitional area made it one of the most affordable properties in Atlanta. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit in the past few years but we still love it.
