Looking to get away? Come relax in this creekside condo or use it as your home base to get out and explore Gatlinburg and the beautiful Smoky Mountains. My favorite spot is Cades Cove, such a pretty drive filled with some incredible history.

We invite you to stay in our condo located less than a mile walk to the Parkway..or you can grab the trolley. You can come for the excitement of the summer (have you checked out the longest suspension bridge in North America?!), stay for the changing fall colors or watch the snow fall in the winter. I love to cook so this kitchen is great for making a fabulous meal. I even have an ice cream maker there for you to enjoy. It will be ready for you to cook away! Or if you prefer, joyfully spread all those takeout containers across the counter while your family or guests sit in one of the chairs at the counter or the dining room table.

Enjoy the gas fireplace while the air gets crisp outside or take a swim in the pool during warm summer months. At the end of the day take your pick between the two bedrooms...one has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. For those with a baby, there is a pack n' play and portable highchair available.

The beds were comfortable (our family loves memory foam so we slept wonderfully) the sounds of the river were so calming and nice to sleep to. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Close enough to walk to a few places but far enough away that you aren’t in the constant hustle and bustle.

Condo was clean and just the right size for 3 adults and 2 kids. We weren’t at the condo much, but when we were, everything met our needs. My mother in law and I enjoyed cups of coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Very peaceful.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The place is in a great location in Gatlinburg, but you feel like you're in the county. When we first arrived, the door would not accept our code, but a call to the host got a quick result. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils we needed, and each room was set up for comfort. The rocking chairs on the balcony were nice to sit in while listening to the creek below.

The whole stay was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute we were there. We got to relax and hear the sounds of the creek below, which was so relaxing. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed except a crockpot and I brought mine with me. We would definitely stay again.

This property was both spacious and incredibly clean. The creek sounds and view add an extra level of relaxation, and we so enjoyed spending time as a family playing the provided board games on the balcony.

wish the tram was more frequent made getting downtown a little challenging the property was great clean and excellent would certainly stay here again

Great for family vacation

Wonderful stay with good proximity to the strip in Gatlinburg. The mattress in the master needs replaced, memory foam has lost its appeal to us. For a short stay the kitchen was stocked well enough if we had stayed longer it needs more.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! I am sorry the mattress wasn't your preference. It is probably one of the biggest challenges for short term rentals...some like firm mattresses, some life soft...always a tough balance. I am curious what else the kitchen needs since I really try to include everything you need in a regular kitchen. If you see this please let me know what you thought was missing.

We love this condo because it is close enough to town that it is easy to get to during the day, and not difficult to get to at night. The location close to town also ensures roads are maintained during crazy weather. Our favorite feature of this condo is the balcony. My youngest child took the longest nap of his life on that balcony because the sound from the water below is that peaceful :)

Probably the most frequent comment I get from past guests is how spacious the condo is. We also manage the property ourselves so you will be communicating with an individual that cares about the guest and the condo and not a management company.
