Historic Charming two story duplex home located in Midcity New Orleans. This home is conveniently located near local coffee shops, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Just 3 miles to/from the French Quarter or you can take the scenic route on the red line street car located 3 blocks away. Hardwood flooring throughout the entire home. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower combo. Smart TV’s throughout. This home is located one block off of Carrollton Avenue in the midcity area. Great Neighborhood with local walkable restaurants and coffee shops. Also, very close to City Park.
