Sandcastle Beach House is a newly remodeled home just a few steps away from beach access. Come enjoy the Gulf views from the patio and deck areas. With five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, this home is a true gem for its location and massive floor plan! Perhaps the most stunning part Sandcastle Beach House is not even inside. Check out the massive resort-style pool with two sun shelves and upscale lounge seating.

The stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an oversize island and everything you need to cook for your large group. The massive open floor plan welcomes you with an abundance of natural light and designer furnishings. The dining room offers plenty of room to share a meal together. Relax in the comfortable living room and watch your favorite shows. Make your way to the top floor of this home and you are greeted with a second living area with flat-screen TV

On the main floor, you will find the primary suite with a king-size bed and an upscale en-suite bathroom with jetted showerheads in the walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.

On the ground floor of Sandcastle Beach House, there is a third living space with a private entrance, complete with a second kitchen and dining room, and a third living room. The two bedrooms in this space have two queen-size beds and both boast private bathrooms.

Additional amenities include a barbecue grill, satellite TV, a washer and dryer, fresh towels and linens and Silver Sands concierge service. Sorry, but no pets are allowed at this property.

I loved everything about the home and the location the only issue was that The refrigerator dint work,and a lot of our food went bad.they need to make sure everything works perfectly in the house before the guest arrives.

Big and Close to Beach

It was a nice big house, very close to the beach, pool was nice as well. Didn’t have any problems during our stay. Very close to main strip that has restaurants and stores. Make sure to bring plenty of supplies (salt & pepper, extra paper towels, water, etc) Might stay here again!

Great Family place!!

711 Sand Castle Dr. has everything multi families need to have a great stay in Port Aransas!! The house layout is perfect for multi families; it has a private pool and large deck for laying out, grilling and eating; Has sun rise and sun set views; short walk to the beach. Great week at the beach and recommend this house to anyone wanting to relax in style in Port A!

Great House

We loved the house! It really is perfect for a large group. Especially love having a private pool. We will definitely stay again, but a few things were disappointing. The groundskeeper hadn’t come by before our checkin, so outside had a lot of trash and broken beer bottles that we had to sweep off the porch ourselves since we had little kids. This should have been taken care of before our checkin. The third floor AC kept resetting automatically to 80 degrees, so it was hot! The third floor tub needs to be cleaned of all the sand. It kept clogging up on us. Not enough towels for such a large house. Surprised they don’t provide enough trash bags and paper towels for the entire stay considering how much is spent to stay. Dead cockroaches on the master floor. Other than these items, the house was fun and had a great location to the beach. I do think it could be maintained better, but we still had a good time and enjoyed the house.

Potential renters need to know that the house is not for the elderly or anyone who joint issues.

The amount of stairs to get up to front door then to other rooms upstairs, downstairs and all around the house was very challenging! Not a house for anyone who has had knee replacement or other ambulatory issues! Otherwise, house was beautifully decorated, great AC, good location. Not enough parking and grill too small!! Anyway, we overcame and had a great time!

Very limited provisions, for example, 1 tiny bar of soap per bathroom. The patio was not set up - furniture was all pile up in the corner. I would recommend making the space more welcoming and hospital by providing better/more provisions. Otherwise, the house was nice and close to the beach.

I was not aware that the pool had a heater and the main floor of the house would not get warm at all I would but it on heater 72 and it was always 66 I the house it was too cold

Great Property Unresponsive Management

The house worked out perfect for our family gathering. It was clean upon check in but the trash cans were full which made us unable to use them so we had to reluctantly stack trash outside. A golf cart was supposed to be included but we never got a response from management about that and other items we had questions about. Two of us called, texted and emailed numerous times with no response. Also, the upstairs AC was not working well. It kept automatically resetting to 77 degrees. Overall great property for a big group, decorated very well, but don’t recommend for small children due to lots of stairs.

Family had a great time.

We had a family emergency and were unable to make the trip. Fortunately, the grandparents were able to continue the trip and take our 3 kiddos down to enjoy the rental property. We got tons of videos from the super excited children, 14,12,6 years old, and how it was the best place yet. The rooms were spacious, tons of games were available, and since the beach turned out to be a bust the private pool provided to be a great source of day and night entertainment. The grandparents did mention that they would love to stay in the rental again but stated that the first floor attached two bedroom apartment was smaller than expected. All in all, would recommend as this rental provided everything that our family needed for their stay. Silver Sands was unable to refund our reservation for a last minute emergency that prevented 3 of the families from attending, however, they were within their contractual obligation to do so and were extremely helpful and understanding while we attempted to sort out any options. Great staff.
