Welcome to your Beach Getaway Vacation in Port Aransas, Texas!

This charming studio overlooks a lush, tropically landscaped pool area, where you can relax on the balcony and enjoy stunning sunsets as well as the sparkling lights that come alive at night. With 550 square feet of space, the studio features a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. A fully equipped kitchen and full-size bathroom provide everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Perfect for families, this welcoming retreat is just steps from the beach, offering a memorable seaside getaway you'll cherish.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Confo was what I expected ..except for the VERY SQUEAKY ENYRY DOOR, and..then pstio doorvthst needs some serious maintenance. Would not slide.

Tropical Paradise

Everything was immaculate, stunning & the perfect tropical get away. The unit was wonderful, the view from our balcony of the tropical grounds & pool was beautiful. We have not been able to get away in years, taking care of my father who is bed bound with Dementia & this was the perfect place to renew & restore. Thank you.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to come and go throughout the day. The studio was spotless and surprisingly spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. We also appreciated the outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after the beach before heading back in. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great stay right on the beach

This was an excellent property to stay at. The room was cozy and comfy - better than a standard hotel. The bed was super soft and the vibe was really cute and beachy. We also loved having the hot tub and pool right there - we went to the beach every day but having the hot tub to relax in was nice. It was a quiet and cozy place. I grew up here and would stay here again because it was just perfect to celebrate a birthday trip and to visit my family.I really liked the quietness, the beach right there, the hot tub and being close to town. Best place to stay.
