This spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome is located in Eagle Vail/Avon, a ski/golf comunity, minutes from world class ski resorts, Vail and Beaver Creek. The townhome is located across the street from the Eagle Vail golf course and sits on the Eagle River, perfect for all seasons.

Relax in the private Hot Springs hot tub and listen to the Eagle river roar in the summer or enjoy the snow fall in the winter.

Perfect for multiple families or couples, our home is approximately 3000 sq feet on 3 levels with 2 living rooms, 2 washer/dryers, a Weber grill on the large deck overlooking the Eagle River, and a wet bar off the spa patio.

There is also a powder bathroom on the main level. The main level is full of natural light and has a large sliding glass door which empties out onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the Eagle River.

Each of the 4 bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed with large walk in closet and a separate walk in shower. The primary suite is full of light with a beautiful view of the eagle river and a private large balcony. There are 2 queen bedrooms and the 4th bedroom is a bunk room that can sleep 4-5 people.

The main level includes the kitchen, powder room, family room and access to the private deck with a natural gas grill over looking Eagle River. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker (Kurig and standard drip). It also has all of the cookware you will need for your stay.

There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles and a 240V EV charger available in the garage (charging cables not included). The garage is used as a mud room in the winter months.

There are numerous casual and upscale restaurants and bars nearby within a short drive, and a few within easy walking distance.

Our home is a great escape for all seasons. In the winter, enjoy word class skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. In the summer, enjoy all of the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer including hiking, climbing, fly fishing, and water sports.

Additionally, multiple world class golf courses, spas and other attractions are bountiful in nearby Vail, Beaver Creek, and the surrounding communities.

The property was perfect for our group. The lower level was great for our teen kids and their friends with a walkout to the hot tub. Main level works wonderful for entertaining with a beautiful deck, and private quarters upstairs with master and second room (ideal for mother in law). The sound of river constantly in the background was such a bonus. Property managers easy to get a hold of via text! Lovely to work with. We will absolutely be back.

Amazing property!

I absolutely loved this property! It had plenty of space for our family to spread out in both the living rooms upstairs and downstairs. Great proximity to everything in town, and to Beavercreek ski resort. Super clean, and the kids loved the hot tub! We will definitely be back to stay at this property. Highly recommend!

Spring Trip to the Mountains

We love staying in Eagle Vail! Glad to have found this property. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and the river in the background set a great atmosphere. The new natural gas Weber on the deck was clean and ready to go. Extra supplies was appreciated and the management team was a breeze to work with. Thank you for the great stay!

Mountain Trip!

Our family had a great time! One of our best rental experiences. Very clean, plenty of supplies and great communication with the local team. The kids loved the hot tub and the bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival day was icing on the cake. Close to everything and Instacart delivers! We will be back. Thank you for everything!

This property was conveniently located but the interiors are very dated and used looking. Tables were worn and scratched - the chairs were so worn on the arms that the wire from the trim was showing Very very dated furniture and fabrics. Lastly - there was no air conditioning - we arrived and it was 90 and the bedrooms on the third level were not sleepable! The rooms never cooled off! My husband slept in a separate room in the basement as those rooms were much cooler. While the property does not advertise they have AC, it also did not officially say they did not have AC! As a guest coming from the south - we have AC everywhere and live under the assumption that all places do as well! For the daily price I was a bit disappointed at the look and condition of the interiors of this property!

Thank you for your feedback, Ginna! We are planning on replacing much of our interior sitting/lounging furnitire in the fall of 2026. We are sorry that you were in anticipation of AC. The majority of the mountain homes we care for actually do not have AC systems installed. We can usually create a nice environment by opening up windows at night and utilizing cieling fans. We hope you enjoy the rest of your summer!

Perfect Location

We loved this place. It looked just like the VRBO pictures. I loved grilling for the family on the deck with amazing views and my kids loved the hot tub and the spacious back yard that backed right up to a goregeous river. Oh and the river was relaxing to fall asleep to! The location was perfect for our family as well. It's very nice to be away from the crowded resorts, but we enjoyed that both Vail and Beaver Creek are only 10 minutes away. That amenity, for us, was the best part. We will look to stay in this place again if we can have another vacation in the Vail Valley.

The Perfect Mountain Getaway & Stay

We had a wonderful time at this lovely vacation home and would highly recommend it for a great stay with family or friends. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained, fully stocked with all the bath and kitchen amenities we needed to make it feel like home. The living areas and bedrooms were spacious, providing plenty of room for our group. All of the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.The patio and deck were perfect for relaxing after a long day and enjoying dinner with the family. We especially loved the river views from the back; they left us feeling relaxed, and the sound of the river was so peaceful. The house was quiet, ideal for relaxation, yet close enough to all the town's attractions, which were easy to access. We would definitely return and encourage others to book their mountain retreat stay here.

The river front setting was perfect for the summer time. We saw a variety of wildlife from the deck. There was plenty of room and separation for our party of seven including an infant. We will visit here again.
