Nice area and apartment

This apartment is a great deal in Providencicales. Mark was so helpful and answered all of our questions and gave us tips on where to eat and what to do. The apartment is close to a little private beach and is in a really nice safe area. It’s also close to everything. I would say you need a car as taxis are high. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Birthday Getaway

I had a great time at this property! The space was neat and clean and the right size for just me. The morning views of the sunrise off the deck were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. A couple things to note, Babalua Beach is a bit rocky so water shoes are necessary but the views are just as beautiful as Grace Bay. Grace Bay is only an 8 minute drive/taxi ride away if preferred. Mark’s property is an excellent choice to get away, relax, take time for yourself and truly unwind! If traveling without a rental, keep in mind, taxis typically stop running around 9pm. You’ll need to befriend a taxi driver that will be available to you at later hours in the evening if you want to enjoy time away from the property. Enjoy!!!!!

Great Host

Mark was great, kind and accommodating! The place is just as pictured and very clean. We felt safe knowing he and his wife were right above us. Great place if you’re looking to relax from the scene of it all. Beach view was amazing.
