Perfect Location. We loved the privacy and quality of the beach. The right balance of activity and relaxation. The hosts are wonderful at communicating prior to your stay, taking all the stress out of a vacation in another country. The home is in great condition and is big enough to spread out.

Beautiful Spot in Turks and Caicos

Stayed with our family including a 3 year old. Felt very safe and the home was lovely. Right on the water. Beautiful weather. The hosts were terrific throughout the trip.

Gorgeous and calm

My family, ranging from ages 70 to 2 years old stayed here for a week. We found the property had everything we needed, and the beach was calm and stunning. We did have to drive quite a bit to any activities, groceries, or restaurants.

Great setup for 2 x family trip

Great location with the beach right outside the door. Beach does get “busy” mid day but it’s like a private beach in the mornings and sunsets.

Paradise!

There were 8 of us celebrating a 40th birthday and this place was perfection! Being able to walk right down to the beach, having our own chairs and umbrellas, and the pool was amazing. There were many places for people to be in the shade, relax and read, or just be alone. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable; also they were very communicative. On the beach, you have a food and couple drink vendors (mocktail smoothies too) who are very friendly. We did a couple water sport activities too, that were right there. We are already planning our next stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation.

What an amazing place. Accommodated an early checkin with flight change Owners emailed prompt, AC was great in the hot weather.. pool was clean and refreshing.... Quiet and on the beach. Plenty of room for 10 of us with two separate family areas. Would 100% rent again :)

Beautiful place but lousy neighbors

I would give the house, owners and location a 10 out of 10. The ONLY negative was a group of beach bars manned by locals who played rap music from noon till 10 pm every day. The music was loud enough for everyone on the beach to (enjoy?) it. I would like to say we got used to it, but the best we could do was tolerate it.All the house owners on the beach are trying to get the local authorities to get them to stop or at least turn the volume down. If they are successful, it would be a fantastic place with a 10 out of 10 rating. We were a group of 4 couples. The house was perfect for us and we still had a great time despite the annoying music and inconsiderate locals.

The location is absolutely perfect - the most calm water on the island and is perfect for children. Would recommend renting a car since you are not close to activities, restaurants etc.

Wonderful property and location

We had a great, relaxing time, location couldn't be better. Property was large and spacious and very clean. Separation of upstairs and downstairs was a little inconvenient but it also allows for a degree of extra privacy. The beach and ocean were fabulous and spotless, nearby vendors weren't too noisy and proved to be very convenient. Dana and Scott were gracious hosts.

AMAZING Property

LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island. Pool was great for our kids, the location can't be beat, and it was an AMAZING vacation overall. We also appreciated having local vendors for food and beverage options while on the beach. They were friendly and we had no issues whatsoever.

Perfection

I have been asked many times since being home how my trip was, and perfect has been the only word to describe it. This is entirely due to the house, it is beautiful, safe, clean, and accommodating. We travelled as a group of 9 (ages 12-64) and had ample space. The proximity to the beach and beauty of the water will have you in awe. We are already talking about going back because we can’t imagine finding another house in the Caribbean that matches everything this house had to offer.Quick tips if you rent. If you plan to cook meals take the trip to IGA as they will have everything you need. We tried a few of the local super markets and they just didn’t have enough for a large group to eat a healthy meal.If you want to save money on beer and alcohol buy directly from Turks Head Brewery. They have local liquor in the gift shop.

Coconut Beach Villa

From the moment we walked into our Villa, we knew we picked the perfect place for our family - eight adults, an eleven month old and a toddler. The beach was amazing! Our toddler loved walking out 100 ft and floating in the clear beautiful aqua water. The pool was also another attraction for all of us. Our host, Dana, was attentive and very helpful with recommendations for excursions and dinner recommendations. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back! The last words our toddler sad was, “I’m so sad to leave, I want to stay here forever!”

Beautiful!!!

We had the best time staying at this property on Sapodilla Bay. It was perfect for our two families of four adults and three kids. We had extra rooms to spare. The property was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed having washers and dryers, grills and full kitchens. The beach is truly amazing. Basically a private beach in the backyard with warm super shallow water with clear visibility. We saw sting rays, crabs and fish. We really enjoyed the pool which was also extremely well maintained and warm. It was the perfect size for our little ones. I already miss seeing the spectacular sunsets and waking up to the moon over the sailboats in the ocean. Thank you!

Sapodilla Bay Beach

Great owners, Great house, Great Beach, Great water!! Beaches are public so having people come right in front of us daily setting up on beach was bothersome, Beach vendors hawking drinks, food and jet ski rentals was also bothersome. They played loud music, if you could call it music, which was very annoying. This house is the farthest away from the vendors and music, so to us it was the best location on Sapodilla. The house and views were perfect. Over all it was Great and I think would be hard to beat. I am sure had we rented on grace bay we would have encountered the same issues, if not more.

Amazing beach & water

There were 8 adults staying here. The view from the top floor is amazing. walking out directly to the beach from downstairs was awesome. The area is a bit secluded and away from all the main resort areas, but if you like that, it's amazing. We hung out at our beach most of the time. We even cooked dinner most nights here and just had a very relaxing vacation. There are local vendors that set up beach chairs very very close to this house's designated area. It wasn't too much of a hassle. There's a local security guard that looks out for the house and its occupants. There's also beach venders that sell food and even better Rum drinks and have full bar set ups. This ended up being the best part of the beach. The water is very shallow and calm and awesome to hang out in a floaty all day with drinks in your hand. I loved every minute of it. (We went to the beach just next to ours one day to check it out but it ended up being too boring and no rum drinks, so we came back!)

Best week on the Beach! So stunning and fabulous! 10/10

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this stunning beach villa and I highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the beauty surrounding us—both the villa & Sapodilla Bay are even more breathtaking in person than in the pictures. The views from every suite & living space were spectacular! This is, by far, the best beach on the island! The location is absolutely fantastic. The combination of a gorgeous beach, a private pool, and spacious verandas/patios made for the ultimate relaxing getaway. The house itself was impeccably clean & comfortable. The owners were so helpful and welcoming! Everything you needed was included. One evening we hired a private chef for dinner and that was a highlight of the trip! The sunsets are breathtaking and gorgeous! We rented a vehicle which made getting around the island so easy. Everything is within a 20 minute drive at the longest! We spent 2 half days on a boat snorkeling, lobster and conch diving which was so fun! Las Brisas is across the street. We had lunch there twice and spent the afternoon there by the pool on our last day after check out while waiting for our departure later in the day. If you are looking for the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, this beach villa offers it all. In short, this is the ideal place for anyone seeking an unforgettable, luxurious, and peaceful escape for all ages. The 2 separate living areas (up & down) worked out perfectly for our family! We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful Property & Great Hosts!

Our first trip to Turks & Caicos was absolutely tremendous thanks in no small part to our hosts, Dana and Scott, and their magnificent property, Coconut Beach Villa. From the very start, Dana's communication was always clear and comprehensive; she gave us a full download on what to expect and things to do to make our stay outstanding. Coconut Beach Villa is a beautiful property sitting on Sapodilla Bay. The house has all the comforts of home, is clean, and spacious. Sapodilla Bay and its white sand beach, clear water, and spectacular views is an absolute treasure that we, will not only miss, but can't wait to get back to. I never thought I would be in a place that looks exactly like what you only see on vacation ads with enhancements to the pictures and all. The ones that are so beautiful that you just know they aren't real. Well, some are...Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla Bay are; it was exactly like the pictures. Usually by the end of a long stay, we are ready to go home and get back to our own home, but this time was different. My wife actually shed tears that we had to leave this place. We will never forget it. Thank you Dana and Scott for making our first trip to Turks perfect!

Simply Perfect

Coconut Beach Villa was the perfect vacation for our family. The peace and quiet of Sapodilla beach is hard to beat. The water is always calm even on the windiest days. The shallow water is also perfect for young kids. There are plenty of beach toys available for use as well. The villa itself is in excellent condition, well appointed and very clean. Honestly there was nothing we looked for and couldn't find. The rooms have plenty of space and the trundle day bed was great for the kids. We prepared most meals in house but there is a great restaurant (Las Brisas) a couple minutes away. The grounds are well maintained and tended to regularly. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. The pool to beach distance can't be beat with kids running back and forth and even when at the pool the view of Sapodilla bay is unobstructed. The patio are includes a hammock which was a popular spot. The owners take great pride in the property and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we had envisioned. From the first inquiry, through the booking process and any pre trip questions we had their responses were very quick and helpful. Without any hesitation, we would be thrilled to have an opportunity to vacation at Coconut Beach Villa again!

Scott and Dana Jurak have been coming to Provo since 2002 and they have lived here for almost the entire time. They own and operate Crystal Sands Villa and Coconut Beach Villa. Both feel that they have never had a better job experience!

After having visited many, many Caribbean islands, we fell in love! We had never seen such sugary sand and such crystal clear water! We knew we had to find a way to make it our home. Having a vacation villa is the perfect solution! We LOVE our guests and we love the happy stories that abound!

Crystal Sands Villa is on one of the most spectacular beaches imaginable, Sapodilla Bay Beach, nick named The Children's Beach! It is one of the few villas that is organized as a duplex. Groups of adult friends find they all have equivalent spaces, right on the beach. Multi-generational families find that they can spend time with their families, yet still have some private space. This beach at Sapodilla Bay is unparallelled!
