We stayed for one night with our dog to attend a concert nearby. Loved the dog friendly park nearby, ease of entry/communication and the hosts! Beware of mosquitos in the backyard, otherwise it was a wonderful visit and we’d love to come back!
Great location in Raleigh. Everything as advertised and host was welcoming. Fenced yard for the family traveling with a four legged member was absolutely key. Would rent again.
The City Cottage is an excellent place to spend your time while in Raleigh. It's a great location, close to shops and restaurants, NC State and the Village District. It is well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Really liked it!
Perfect location and space for 5 of us visiting NC State for the ACC Track Championships. The house had plenty of room and amenities for all of us. Plenty of restaurant options and grocery blocks away was a bonus! Short drive to NC State and other area attractions. Definitely recommend!

Thank you so much. We are so glad you seem to love the home as much as we do.
We loved our stay at Andrea's home. It's comfortable, spotless, and clearly cared for; the bed pillows alone are a sign of a great host! Andrea has thought of everything: coffee (drip and pods), creamers, cooking oils, single-use condiment packs, laundry detergent, basically anything you might forget to pack. We just got back from a Hilton Head rental that didn't even leave us a shaker of salt, so this was a nice contrast. One thing worth mentioning: pups are welcome, and we always feel a little hesitant booking pet-friendly homes wondering what condition they'll be in. But there was no sign that pets stay here at all, no odor, no hair, nothing. Andrea even leaves toys, balls, and treats for the dogs, a really thoughtful touch. The location is great too, an easy walk to Hillsboro St and NC State's campus. The backyard is fully fenced, which was perfect for our pup, and it's a charming space in its own right. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
It was the perfect place for an intimate business retreat. There was space to relax outback on the deck, solve the world’s problems at the dining table and rest our head at night. We will be back!
