Perfect place for family, everything you needed was there. Great location, close to shopping and attractions. Nice pool to enjoy as well.

Enjoyed everything, no issues, would like to let you know, that your caretaker, Fran, is amazing so helpful she is by far your greatest assets. Hope to book again for two months in 2021, won’t be able to do 2020. Have recommended your villa to our friend. Thank you

Family Spring Braek

This house is perfect for a large family. The four bedrooms and two master suites gives it a spacious feel. We loved having the big dining room table and multiple seating areas outside and inside the house. Plenty of linens and towels were available to use and that definitely was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the club house pool and the quiet neighborhoods. We did have some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the property and the security of common areas around the neighborhood. I understand that these concerns are not a responsibility of the home owner.

Great vacation home.

Everything was great. We enjoyed the pool. A little bit far from the universal studio but a lot of great restaurants around. For food and fun visit the margaritaville resort area.

wonderful stay

we stayed with two other couples of friends. the purpose main was to come and and find our children who study at the college we had a great time . only fact about the BQ could not be used as a small and fixed.

Thanks for your feedback and glad you had a great stay, we would love to have you back again. We have used a 'park style' BBQ for the safety of the villa and the guests. There have been reports where guests have thrown a portable BBQ in the pool, put it to close to the pool netting and set it a light and there are Florida rules and regulations about storing the gas cannisters which we don't want to have the guests worry about. The BBQ does get a lot of use because we give it a deep clean and refurbish each time we are out there. People also love the Mickey Ears we have created for standing on. Hope this helps.

Fabulous villa in Westridge

Absolutely loved this villa and location of Westridge. Pool area is fantastic as is the villa which is extremely well equipped. Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa. Owner was extremely helpful with any queries.

Lovely villa

We stayed in this lovely villa for nearly five weeks, in total there were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids). The location of the villa was perfect it was about a 20 mins drive to all the Disney Theme Parks. There were supermarkets within easy reach by car, and also restaurants that catered for everyone's taste nearby. The villa had really good amenties, the kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils you needed to cook. It had a large fridge, dishwasher and oven. We cooked a full roast dinner with no problems on several occasions. The bedrooms were clean and had lots of cupboard and drawer space. The bathrooms were spotless and there were plenty of towels in the cupboard. There was a large washing machine and tumble dryer which we used regularly. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of chairs/sunbeds. The maintenance man came to clean the pool several times whilst we were there and he was only a phone call away if we needed him for anything. The kids had a playstation to play on and also a table tennis table in the garage that kept them amused for hours. We had a BBQ several times, which was great. I cannot fault the villa at all, we had the most awesome time there, and after a five week stay (due to the Volcanic Ash Cloud) we did not want to leave to come home. I would recommend this villa to family and friends with no hesitation at all. It really was the best holiday we have ever had and hopefully one day we will return.
