Amazing...as always

My son, dogs, and I had another amazing stay. The accommodations look amazing and smells amazing (IFKYK). Amanda is the best host - always personal touches (mothers day cookies, toys for the dogs, toys for the kid). Will be back as we have for years.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Dell Collective - West Barn and it couldn't have been better! The barn itself was incredible - We loved Amanda's unique design of the bedrooms, the monster "country" kitchen, living space w/ floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sloping farmland and spacious unique bathrooms - all worked together perfectly to give a - "ahhhh, we're home feel". We spent the 1st day at Letchworth park and 2nd full day at Watkins Glen and their "Gorge" park. We cooked our dinners at the "Barn" using fresh veggies from the local farm stands and enjoyed fresh fruits as well. We already booked our return for the fall and can't wait!

A dream staycation!

Southview is one of the most unique, well thought out, cozy, luxurious stays we've ever had. The space is insane and even better than what you see on social media. Everything is executed to perfection. Amanda is the most kind, welcoming host and her talent for hospitality shines throughout the entire property. We had our family of five stay and we cannot wait to come back, and bring friends! Thank you again for the most wonderful staycation!

The rental was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious living space creatively designed from 2 distinct spaces: a 2-story converted silo with seating in the first level and a bedroom and extra space on the 2nd level, seamlessly connected to a one story space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and eating area, and a living room space. The rental was generously furnished and decorated to a general “farmhouse”-like feel, but with modern functional touches. The rental is located in New York dairy country so it fits perfectly with the overall setting; it sits fairly high in the surrounding terrain with amazing views. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The host we interacted with (Amanda) was simply amazing: superb communication, helpful, and responsive: A. Our intent staying there was to hike local trails, including LetchWorth State Park; the location was perfect for that purpose. There are nearby maple syrup farms we also (unexpectedly) worked into our schedule. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, spacious living.

Girls Getaway

My gfs and I stayed for a long weekend with our babies and had a blast. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat, this is it. The chef prepared a great meal both nights and the breakfast box with fresh pressed juice was fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the West Barn! The attention to detail in the decor was outstanding. Visiting with the animals on the farm, collecting and eating fresh eggs, sipping hot coffee while watching the sunrise, and stargazing in the evening made the experience a memorable one. To top it all off, it was a short and easy drive to the variety of trailheads and lookouts in Letchworth State Park.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay and it was lovely. Amanda and the team pay special attention to all the details inside the barn and around the property, it’s truly a slice of heaven. Our family (adults included) love the animals and Griz makes sure we get to see them up close and feed them their favorite snacks. We will be back again and again!

A wonderful stay

This place is a one of a kind in the USA. Perfect spot for families, dogs, and friends. Beautifully decorated and designed. Amanda was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Will be returning if we ever travel in NY again! Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

One of the coolest places my family and I have ever stayed! The animal and dairy farm tours both incredible for our children and remarkably interesting/informative for my wide and I. Exceptional experience!

Staying at the southside was an unforgettable experience -truly unlike anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Imagine small town America farm charm blended seemly with New York City urban chic and you’ll have a sense of just how extraordinary this home is The interior design was luxurious without ever feeling pretentious and every blanket, hammock, and pillow was unbelievably comfortable not a single detail was over looked from the thoughtful vintage decor to the sleek modern appliances. The host was exceptional, and the welcoming fire pits made our evenings magical. The adorable barn animals were the sweetest surprise. We genuinely wanted to take them home with us. We originally came for an obligatory family event, but we left wanting to rebook for a full vacation. We’ve traveled the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels resorts and VRBOs and this stay stands out as one of the most memorable and unexpectedly delightful experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this home highly enough.

Best Staycation in New York

absolutely one of my most favorite places to go. The barn itself is a treasure in the rooms and the spa like bathrooms and the decor are just amazing. It’s so quiet and relaxing and being close to Letchworth State Park is definitely a bonus. This time we actually visited downtown Perry New York, and found it to be wonderful. A great bakery and some wonderful places to shop. However, the true star of this staycation is Amanda and her personal gourmet chef meal that she comes in and cooks. Again, just an amazing time and I can’t wait to book our next stay

THE BEST!

Everything about this stay was amazing! The beds, the decor, the fresh eggs from the Chick Inn! The charcuterie and the cheesecake that we ordered were super good and such a treat! The farm was wonderful, we all fell in love with all of the animals. Amanda was super flexible and made us feel like part of the barn family! She brought fun treats for the kids to give the animals and gave tons of helpful suggestions of local things to do. This was the most thoughtfully curated experience anyone could hope for! Thank you so much and we cannot wait to be back!!!

Delightful, relaxing stay!

This is our second time staying at the Southview property, and it won't be the last. The property is exactly as described and pictured - the magic you see is exactly what you get. This is an excellent, family-friendly property. We travel with a hard-to-please "tweenager" who is easy to keep entertained here due to all the friendly animals and space to roam around independently. She describes the property as "endlessly aesthetic" -- Gen Alpha approves! (We parents also find the property to be endlessly aesthetic, if you are looking for a quiet, private, romantic getaway!)

Stunning

This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place.

Rustic chic retreat!

Dell collective thought of everything. 5 of us went away to celebrate a friend and we collected a weekend full of memories to nourish us for many months to come. From spending time with animals to cooking together in the well stocked kitchen to doing yoga in the silo, this place provided the best back drop anyone could ask for. The Dell Collective has a gift. The spaces are inviting, creative, and beautiful. We are hoping to make our weekend a yearly tradition in this unique space.
