This is our second year booking this property for our annual family ski trip. There are plenty of rooms. The beds are very comfortable and house is supplied with lots of clean towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies. Nice roomy kitchen to solve too many cooks in the kitchen issues. It's 5 min drive to hunter mountain. We had a fantastic time hanging out together at Lina's. It's clean, comfortable, roomy ; it's perfect! & It's pet friendly. Highly recommended.
Our group of 10 fit comfortably. The home was accurately depicted through the photos. The only item I would point out is the top floor does not have a door. This area is perfectly fine for kids. The home met our needs and I would stay there again!
Perfect size room for our family ski trip. Wish that the living room have an extra couch for large group movie night. Although there are plenty of TVs in many bedrooms and lots chairs for dinning. Love the kitchen area for cooking and hang outs. Bedroomsbathroom are

We did not have WiFi our first night and the Host was unresponsive. They finally replied after 12 hours once I said people were leaving and that I had escalated the issue to VRBO. Imagine 11 people unable to watch tv or stream on their devices during a rainy Memorial Day weekend. I’m sure this isn’t their normal service, but it still made for an annoying experience to deal with especially because I had to PUSH my case for a partial refund for the first night.Noise travels easily through walls and floors. Half the group slept with ear plugs for the rest of the trip. Just something to keep in mind if you’re extra sensitive. On to the good stuff. Can’t say the positives offset the negatives, but the house served well in some areas. - Clean house. Kitchen was stocked fairly well with basics. Bring your own knives though.- They provided 6 rolls of TP? Not nothing, but maybe a little light for 11 people over 3 nights. It rained a lot that weekend so maybe they didn’t anticipate us being indoors for a majority of the time? Anyway we got extra TP. - Good communal areas (living room, kitchen island, and dining table).- We got to enjoy the fire pit for a few hours on our last night when the rain started to lighten up.- 30-second walk to Fellow Mountain Cafe for fresh bread, butter, coffee, beer, cheese. - 1-minute walk to an antiques shop called Rust Diamonds & More.- 6-minute drive to restaurants.- Nice 1.6 mile loop if you want a quick run around the block.
