Spend the day fishing on the arroyo or relaxing while you bbq by your private pool, there is something for everyone here.The spacious, private residence is perfect for the entire family or for an adults only getaway.Two private rooms with king beds and one bunk/trundle room. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the living room area is spacious, comfortable with a large screen tv. **Wi-Fi throughout the home, private swimming pool, patio areas for outdoor entertaining, large backyard with privacy fence** Entire property Fishing community. Private home in a peaceful neighborhood. Across the street from Arroyo Colorado. Walking trails within minutes-accessible via Adolph Thomae Park which is also a great place for fishing off your own boat or at park piers. 20 minutes from Laguna Atascosa Refuge which is a bird watchers paradise and for those who love nature and the outdoors. Boat ramp 2 minutes from property. This property does not have direct water access. Strict guest capacity.
