この施設について

Welcome to our lovely fishing community! We are located on the beautiful Arroyo Colorado River that is part of the intracoastal water way. From the dock you will catch Tarpon, Red Fish, Snook and Trout. Bring your boat to access the bay in 10 minutes and South Padre Island in less than a hour. (2 public boat launches are less than 2 miles away) There is plenty of good fishing! There are many things to do in this area. We are a 1/2 hour from the Laguna Madre National Refuge, Mexico border towns, shopping and outlet malls.

The space:
There are stairs leading to the second floor.
Guests may use all available kitchen appliances.
Bath towels and linens are available for guest use. Bring your own beach towel.
The propane grill is not functioning, but we have a charcoal grill available for guest use. Bring your own charcoal.
We share a dock with our next door neighbor. It is separated by a barrier, so please stay on our side.

Located in Arroyo City, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Rio Grande Valley Museum and Little Graceland are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Narciso Martínez Cultural Arts Center and La Villita Dance Hall. Nature Park Retention Garden and Nature Park Rain Garden are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Great vacation spot

We stayed here while in town for the TAAF State Track Meet in Brownsville for 6 days. This is the only place to stay next time we come. Trey was great. Very responsive and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were able to see dolphins of the back porch, fish of the dock, and just all around relax in the house. Lots of room and it had beds for everyone. 5 stars for sure all around.
