A beautiful Hill Country Home only a short walk to boat ramp 5, Comal Park, and Lakeside Golf Course.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home features an open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with an eat in kitchen with granite counters and includes stainless and black appliances. Just off the second floor master you will find a porch to take in all the Hill Country peace and quiet with a LAKE VIEW.

You will have complete access to the entire home during your stay.

Bedroom 1:
This is the master bedroom that is located upstairs. It has a king sized bed with a smart Roku tv. It also has a master bathroom inside the room.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart Roku tv.

Bedroom 3:
This bedroom has a full sized bunk bed with a trundle bed. It also has a smart tv for entertainment.

Half bath:
It is located on the downstairs.

Second bathroom:
The second bathroom is located upstairs. it has a full bath tub with shower and toilet.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. A refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and a hand mixer. It also has cooking utensils, knives, cutlery, plates, cups, and mugs.

Other things to note:
The home has a washer and dryer for your use. We will provide enough laundry and dishwasher pods for your use.

Coffee

Guest will have entire access to the home during their stay.

We are not on site but always available though phone or text.

$35 / day per dog for smaller breeds (up to 25Lbs)
$50 / day per dog for larger breeds (up to 50lbs)

We provide linens and towels during your stay. We provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods.

In the showers you will find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
No smoking, partying, excessive loud music, no drugs, and no more guest than 8 guest unless you pay the additional fee. The additional fee is $50 per person per night. We have a strict policy on these items and out house rules. Please follow the rules and let me know if you will be having more guests than originally booked. We can allow it but the fee must be paid prior to your arrival.
