Enjoy the sun, shade, and beach in this beautiful condo right on the water. Just minutes from Rockport Beach, Downtown, H-E-B, and Walmart, literally close to everything you might need. This condo has two sun-soaked patios and multiple tv's. Everything you want in a romantic getaway, fishing trip, or family vacation. There are three pools on the property and utility parking if needed.

Nice condo with nice outside patios. Plenty of extras if you forget some cooking spices etc. beds are comfortable and ac works great. We were 4 adults and 2 grandchildren under 2 years and they really enjoyed being in the fenced off outside patio and our little dog’s also came with us and enjoyed this area also. Overall great location and also designated boat parking.

Absolutely loved the stay. Close to grocery stores and restaurants less than 10 minutes to the beach. We absolutely loved fishing off the boat slip.

Family summer getaway

Very nice property and location. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very quick to respond. Pool area was clean and my grandkids enjoyed it every single day of our stay. Definitely would come back and stay next summer. Highly recommend.

Can't beat the location

Great location. The fishing was amazing. Condo is a little older and needs a little TLC, but overall very kid friendly and we will be back.
