Welcome to Sea-Esta, a beautifully restored 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow located in the spectacular Key Allegro community of Rockport, Texas. Perfectly positioned to capture the essence of coastal living, this home offers the ideal blend of luxury and relaxation for a friends' getaway or small family gathering.

The indoors was very tastefully decorated. The outdoor porch was very comfortable. Some of the railing could use some udates, where I see they have started on some of the dock. Air was a very pleasurable and comfortable experience.

Property was welcoming of pets. There was a lot of overgrown trees, shrubs and miscellaneous green plants. The outside of the house is very outdated, loose front boards, needs fresh paint. Eye sore. Inside the house, the smell of mildew was overwhelming, the house needs leveling as every room was slanted, furniture was dirty and smelled, outside patio outdated, loose patio boards, cosmetic damage throughout inside and out. Showers had mildew and black mold. Black mold throughout the inside and outside of the house.Pictures provided before renting were very misleading and construction going on across the street.Needs a lot of TLC.

The home was lovely, the facilities were well maintained except for the beds, which need to be upgraded, and we really enjoyed sitting on the screened in deck. The screen needs maintenance to keep out mosquitoes. There were a few creepy crawlies out there, to be expected. But there was an active construction site across the street which seemed to have been there for a while. We were awakened early Saturday morning by construction noise, which then over shadowed our morning coffee on the deck and relaxing around the house. When I called to complain, they apologized and said they weren't aware. I can't imagine that to be true. I would not have booked this place had I known. Otherwise, we loved it. That beautiful bay front view out the front door no longer exists and those photographs are deceptive. Don't choose this home without verifying the construction won't interfere with your refuge.

The house was great but was on a very, very busy street. Also the exterior/landscaping was not great . The small backyard was overgrown and although we reported the condition our 1st day there, nothing got done.

Nice house and decor, very homey. Super clean inside and the beds were quite comfortable. The sun porch is nice, we enjoyed it but the furniture could use some cleaning. Railed deck was great; fished right from it!! Property could use some outside maintenance but did not affect our stay in the least. The stairs were a bit awkward; steep and narrow.We had a good time and enjoyed our vaca stay at sea Esta. Would recommend it to others.

The property was not well-maintained. The grass had not been mowed, bushes were overgrown, and there was trash just left laying around in the planter beds. The back deck was in ill-repair and a family member almost fell through the rotted boards. The supposed gas grill was instead a charcoal grill that had old charcoal ashes running over in a container underneath the grill. They totally skimped on the household supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and household cleaners. We had to buy our own. The only thing that I can say positive was that it was a great location and the managers/owners were responsive when we told them about the deck and they sent someone out to patch it.

Pet challenge

Advertised as pet friendly but small yard with many stickers. Had to walk dog to neighbors yard that had way fewer stickers. Otherwise very nice house and location. Would stay again but without dog. Owners should expect more out of their lawn crew. theirlandscape

Great house on the canal.

Great house. Very clean and well decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice view of bay in front and canal in back. Loved the screened in porch. Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked there almost every night. Could have used a few more cleaning supplies and grill needed some repair. Overall, highly recommended.

Bayside house

The property was nice and comfortable with several features that contributed to our enjoyment for fishing. The cleaning crew does need to do a better job with the showers as there was mildew/mold along the shower floor in each bathroom.

Charming older home. Beautiful sunrise and moonrise on the front porch. Screened in porch in back keeps mosquitoes at bay. Housekeeping was okay but need to spend some time on the porch. I had to wipe a layer of dirt from the tables and chairs. Not the best place I have stayed at, but the cost was reasonable and I would stay here again.

Maintenance of the property needs work

- Only 1 towel and washcloth per person, 2 hand towels and 1 kitchen towel. No beach towels or extra towels per maintenance company. - washing machine broken. We were told maintenance would come to fix it and then told the owner had to be notified before it could be fixed. After 3 phone calls, a new set of towels were provided that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Even though we requested a call back concerning the washer, the maintenance company did not call us back. -Grill did not work, no propane tank and was a charcoal grill Hose was not stored and had holes in it. Toys and beer cans on side of the house. Grass in back was a foot high when we got there - they did cut it on the second day. -Very slow drain in the hall bath sink. -Needs to be exterminated - killed several bugs including a spider in one of the beds. -On the positive side - ample parking, great garage access and comfortable beds. This property and its property management company are NOT up to VRBO standards based on our past experiences. In fact, this the first negative review we have given.

Great visit to Rockport!

We had a great visit! It was me, my daughter and two granddaughters. All of us enjoyed the trip. It was a nice quiet spot, great restaurants and shopping. We preferred the Port Aransas beaches and it was quick and easy to get there on the ferry. Only one minor issue was with the washer not working properly. We will be sure to return to the same location again!

Sisters Sabbatical

We were very very comfortable in this lovely home. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had a light fixture that didn't work but couldn't be be fixed and a small issue with the air-conditioning but, the maintenance guy they sent over did everything he could possibly do under the circumstances. We are confident it was able to be repaired before the next guest arrived.

Welcome Retreat

the house is just as described, the inside very clean, very thoughtfully laid out perfect for a long weekend retreat. the kitchen was very efficiently stocked . The only thing that we were disappointed in was there were a few things that needed a little more attention to, the light over the dining room table did not work,{ it wasn't the bulbs] and there were a few more lights with bulbs out, the trash dumpsters were almost full, the trash can by the BBQ grill was full ,just few little details needed attended to but overall great place ,great area ,very relaxing would stay there again in a heartbeat give a 4.8 on the ratings

great canal house with nice sun deck

We stayed at this home for 10 days at the end of February and were blessed with perfect weather! The large deck and sectional outdoor couch was perfect to spend each day in the sunshine. The layout of the house is bright and open to cook and still be involved with the family conversations. We have family in the area, that came for dinner and there was plenty of room at the bar and the large dinner table for everyone. The house had everything we needed for a memorable stay in beautiful Rockport
