The Space: - Sleeps 12 people max (including children of all ages) - Ring Camera on front door that records audio & video - Parking for 4 standard size vehicles - Spacious living room & dining area making quality time even more enjoyable - Master Bedroom offers a King size bed (located on the first floor) - Bedroom 2 offers a Full bed (located on the first floor) - Bedroom 3 offers a full/full bunk & a twin/twin bunk (located on the first floor ) - Bedroom 4 offers a Queen Bed (located on the second floor) - Master bathroom offers a walk-in shower (connected to master bedroom) - Bathroom 2 offers a tub/shower combo (shared bathroom on first floor) - Bathroom 3 offers a walk-in shower (connected to bedroom upstairs) - Half Bathroom: Located upstairs - Washer & Dryer (located on the first floor) - The upper level also offers a covered balcony with seating area & outdoor dining space
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After the booking is confirmed, the guests email address will be requested. A signed rental agreement & a copy of the person's driver's license who booked will be requested. If those documents are not received back within 48 hours of booking guest forfeits reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made there are no exceptions made to this policy.
Parking: Max 4 vehicles max per stay. The driveway offers space for 4 standard sized vehicles, please do not park on the grass, in the neighbor's driveway, the lot next door, (private property) or on the street. Absolutely no exceptions.
This property is dog friendly. All dogs must be 25 pounds or less. Max allowed 1 dog per stay. No cats or puppies absolutely no exceptions. Once the booking is confirmed a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be added to your reservation. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on any of the furniture. If evidence is found otherwise after your checkout inspection additional charges will apply. All dogs must be picked up after. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges. Please keep all dogs out of the spa. If our pool tech is called to the property because hair has clogged the filters guests will be responsible for the trip fee. If the dog is left inside of the home alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or a maintenance issue were to arise our team needs to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This unit sleeps 12 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.
RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.
This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days. If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

Great rental with easy beach access across the road from the house. The amenities were as described and kitchen had plenty of supplies for all our family needs. Hot tub was very nice and well kept. Spent alot of time on deck outside where you can view the ocean thru the palm trees. Great communication with the rental company. Very easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay at this property again! Great Christmas week family vacation. There were 10 of us and while we had plenty of room, it still felt homey and cozy.

Great Experience
We had a great experience staying here! When we arrived, the home was clean and beautiful. The walk to the beach is short. It’s nice having a Dollar General in walking distance as well. Plenty of space for our 2 families. Would absolutely stay here again!

Decent stay mins away from the beach
House was clean. Accessible by walk from the beach. Pleasant stay. Wish they provided basic stuff like trash bags/soaps/towels that would last our stay instead of 1 day supplies.

Beautiful beach house
The beach house is beautiful just like the pictures. The location was nice. Not far from the beach or fun activities. I just didn’t like that no matter what we put the A/C on, it was set on a timer and would reset to 75ish. It also seemed like the rules they have are extreme. Other than that, nice stay!

Great Location
The location was amazing! Super close to beach!! It was kind of noisy from all the traffic on the road in front of property. The back yard area was nice. I read something in a review about temperature control...we had full control of the thermostat in the house and in the hot tub. The latch/lock system did not work for the backyard and was broken, the jets were not strong in hottub but sufficient, and there was dead landscaping in backyard (would have looked better if it was removed). We were looking forward to using the hammock that was pictured, it was not there.
The backyard can't be accessed from the back of house. You walk from front door around to back. Two service people came twice unannounced...once to clean hot tub, and one for landscaping (although they didn't do anything). The kitchen/living room is gorgeous. There are plenty of dishes, seating, and nice countertops. There was scratches on railing in kitchen and some marks on the walls from previous use. All the beds, livingroom, and outdoor furniture was comfortable, the kitchen seating and queen bed with bathroom was not. The w/d was large. The master bedroom looks like there is a towel warmer in it. It was a mini fridge. Overall it was nice. We had a good experience.

Hi Beth - we appreciate your feedback & you taking the time to leave us a review. As we are just not getting over a very cold winter here in PCB landscaping will be kicking back off for the season. So, on the fridge it did state our pool guy comes by on Wed & Sundays to service the hot tub. Our landscapers did stop by but did not have to enter inside the house to see what they needed for the start of season. I'm so sorry, if that disrupted you guys in any way. Even though we have renters regular scheduled maintenance does still have to continue. The latch def isn't broken in the back. I wish you would have called us. We def would have walked you through on how to correctly open that door. We are pleased to hear everyone enjoyed their Spring Break. We also appreciate your feedback as both negative & positive feedback helps us grow as company. We hope you come back & see us. Have a wonderful year.
