Sleeping 12 guests, this spacious getaway features a king bed, two queen beds, and three twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it ideal for families and groups. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen provide a perfect gathering space, while the 3rd-story observation deck offers breathtaking Gulf views—perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy easy beach access, unwind on the private balcony, or explore nearby dining and attractions. Whether you're soaking up the sun, taking in the sunset, or making memories with loved ones, Beach House is the perfect escape for your next beach getaway!

It was nicely furnished. Convient to stores, water Park, Pirates diner theater and most of all the beach. Would love to stay again another time.

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed the house and the easy access to the beach and walk ability of the area. This was our first family vacation and it won’t be our last. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Location, location, location! House was walking distance from private beach. The house was clean and spacious for all of us to sleep and be comfortable. Noah was awesome. Always answered questions promptly and checked in on us to make sure that our stay ran smoothly.

We have zero complaints about this property. Very spacious and plenty of beds. Pictures do no justice, this place is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, plenty of toiletries and towels. Host was very quick to respond to messages. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect location! Close to everything (especially the beach) and a quiet neighborhood. Large airy spaces, plenty of room for all. Clean! Comfortable beds and pristine linens. Lots of hot water. Quick communication and they were able to honor our request for a later check out time. Adequate kitchen supplies - nothing too fancy, but it worked out well! Nice patio and balconies. We had a minor issue with the LR Roku, a tech came right out and worked on it. He wasn't able to correct it, at the time, but he was friendly and took extra effort to make it work. It didn't effect our stay!

Amazing home very close to beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very clean & in good repair. We loved our time here! The only suggestion I would give is to get some plastic or lighter weight dishes for children. Otherwise everything was perfect! The beds were amazing and I really loved the view from the little balcony up top!

Check-in was very straight forward. I got the email with the instructions and the pin to the front door after i booked the house. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and utensiles. House was very convenient to the beach and it was great for a family of 7. The restaurants werw walking distance and the grocery stores are airhin n couple of miles driving. There were hoses outside the house to wash all the sand from the ocean. The deck on the top had a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely going to rent again.

Beautiful!

We found this property quite last minute when booking a trip for my friend’s birthday. This house exceeded expectations! The pictures honestly do not do it justice. Everything was nice ans clean and the all of the bedrooms ans bathrooms are spacious. There was 8 of us and we still were able to move around freely. We are already looking into booking this house again some time in the summer. Communication was great as well. Location is just a 5 min walk to beach and some souvenir shops

The property is as described. Complimentary essentials were provided to get you started, (soap, shampoo, laundry soap, etc.). Bath towels and kitchen essentials are also provided for the entire need of your stay. There was no iron or dust pan for the broom but we made it work. It would have been nice to have another garbage can outdoors, as the one filled up quickly and the garbage truck ran the day we arrived. The house is gorgeous! The viewing deck, with an amazing view of the ocean and master bedroom was my favorites, once you get up all the stairs. The beach is about 5 minutes or less, walking distance from the house. What you see about this house on Vrbo is what you get. We had an amazing time!

5 min walk to beach!

We had a great stay overall! The house was a nice, comfortable fit for our group of 10. The best part was definitely the location — just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. It seems like the house is fairly new, so there were a few minor hiccups. It was mostly clean, though we did notice a few things like an unwashed coffee maker and some sand already in the house on day one. There was a broom but no dustpan, which made cleaning up a bit tricky. A few outlets weren’t working when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and sent someone out quickly to fix them. The Roku remote in the living room didn’t work either, but we were able to use the Roku app as a workaround. One thing to note: the sky deck is only accessible through the master bedroom, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in the listing. A couple of suggestions for improvement — it would be great to have more accessible cleaning supplies and a few more mirrors throughout the house, especially full-length ones. Overall, it’s a lovely place in a great location — and with a few small improvements, it could be even better. We’d definitely consider staying again!

Roach found in master bedroom closet.Roach found on living room floor.Large exterior trim board came off watch tower on the roof and landed near gathering in back patio.One kitchen trash can liner provided for 12 peoples and four day stay.Bathroom outlets in master bath did not work. Could not reset GFIC.
