Very clean home in great location. Close to Pikes Peak, GotG, Co Springs, etc. Walkable to great restaurants (go see Levi and Miranda at The Woodland Social and always start your day with Cafe Leo — three blocks away) and an amazing local park. Lots of room for groups, huge treed yard for pups to explore, and an additional dog run out the door of the master. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s a solid property, we very much enjoyed being able to walk to quite a few restaurants and such from there. The history of the place is interesting enough and some locals actually attended the school it once was too. The only issue that I could think of was the hot tub chlorine, the container didn’t have a scoop and the powder was a solid chunk rather than a powder so it was difficult to follow the recommended treatment. It was a great time and a wonderful space.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was pet friendly had a nice fenced yard. Even though my dog was to scared to be outside lol. The hot tub was nice but the chemicals are really strong we had to leave rthe top off a bit before getting in to air out the smell. The power went out for a little bit due to really high winds but had plently of games to keep the kids entertained until it was restored. The overall poreprty was clean and had everything we were looking for for our mini vacay! Easy to find the property and access it. And the host was very nice and helpful. The property was very accessible to activities, restaurants, and shops. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your rentalLindsey

Cute house with everything you need for vacation! Central to lots of restaurants- we loved Cafe Leo for its coffee and breakfast. We walked there each morning!

The house is beautiful! Lots of room for large families. Lots of sleeping areas & bathrooms. Nice kitchen/family room area.Great fenced in area for pets. Close to everything. Evenings deer come in yard, we hand fed them some bread and got to pet them. Very frendly. Enjoyed our stay.

USAFA Parents Weekend 2024

We had a great stay! The location is handy to lots of amenities. Great donut shop around the corner- don’t miss it! We enjoyed the deer in the yard through-out the weekend. We brought our dogs and it was nice to have such a large fenced in area for them to enjoy.
