Quiet and cozy, large 3 Bedroom garden apartment close to Uptown Charlotte. Bedroom and living areas are on different floors to ensure you have peace and comfort even while entertaining family and friends. Sleeps 6 people with 3 queen beds. The base rate generously provide you with 2 bedrooms for up to 2 guests. Booking for 3 or more guest will make available the 3 bedrooms for your group. Close to Bank of America Stadium (Panthers Football), Spectrum Arena (Hornets NBA Basketball) , The Epicenter. Activities for kids to enjoy: Rays Splash Pad, ImaginOn, Discovery Place and many more. Museums, etc. New Streetcar stops a block away.

To control cost and lower environmental impact we kindly ask that you do not use spaces and products that will add to the overall cost of operation. Bedrooms and living areas are on different floors to ensure you have peace and comfort even while entertaining family and friends. Comfortable sleeps 6 people with a queen size bed in each room. This is a great place

Great price, great location, very clean, just like they stated. Just think of how nice it is to be able to stay in an entire house with each member of the family in their own bedroom, instead of crowding into a hotel room!

Everything was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and the information was precise. The only thing that I would recommend is the a/c did not blow air upstairs. So, in the summer months it may get a little too warm upstairs!

We left this property shortly after arriving because we did not feel safe. The surrounding area was nothing like the listing photos or description. The listing gave the impression of a private, clean, residential environment, but what we found was a shared-feeling space with concerning activity around the property. None of this was disclosed prior to booking.When we contacted Vrbo support, they dismissed the safety concerns and misrepresentation even after providing photos. Instead of addressing the issue, they focused on claiming we “refused to pay for an extra guest,” which was never the problem.We have stayed in many Vrbo properties over the years, and this is the first time we’ve ever felt uncomfortable enough to leave immediately. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience and the lack of transparency in the listing

For this review I have to respond. It is very dishonest to say that our townhouse is a shared space. It is dishonest to say that our place was not clean. It is dishonest to say that there was concerning activity. I WAS THERE when you parked in the back parking lot you walked into the townhouse and then you came out and started unpacking your car. It is not nice for guests or other fellow host to be dishonest because they don't get what they want. So you want to discredit others. Not a nice thing to do. If you say you have 2 guest then don't show up with 4-6 people. And expectin not to pay. You have to consider the extra cleaning cost and the commission and tax fees that the hosts has to pay. You DID NOT want to pay for the etra guests. Be honest Aren't you a host how would you like to be treated like that. Be kind and honorable. Thank you.

Smart is a very friendly host! The place was clean and comfortable, The neighborhood and parking lot was safe and quiet. We were in town for a convention and the convention center was an easy 7 minute drive. At night you can see part of the lit up skyline and if you’re lucky you’ll see fireworks over the minor league baseball stadium. When you’re there try the restaurant Original Chicken & Ribs….. only 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend booking with Smart!!
