LIVING AREA
With an electric fireplace, smart TV, and comfy furniture, the living offers a peaceful retreat. Guest accounts are available to watch your favorite series or movies on streaming services. The sunroom includes banquette seating around a small table, perfect for a game of checkers or chess.

A completely unique addition is the new speakeasy. Preacher’s Pub is secretly hidden behind a bookcase and is a comfortable and charming place to spend an evening "away" without leaving the house!

The media room features a large comfy sectional and 70” smart TV. The well-stocked, adjacent snack room includes a stainless-steel fridge and microwave. Enjoy some free candy and popcorn! Our resident decoy “housegoose” resides in the dining room, as well.

BED & BATH
The suite on the1st floor features a queen bed, a quiet reading nook, outdoor access & en-suite bathroom.

3 BRs comprise the 2nd floor. With a private balcony & a window seat, the 2nd BR is a dreamy retreat. Rest easy on a full-size bed. The 3rd BR has a pair of twin beds, while the 4th BR is furnished with a queen bed & sitting area. The 2nd -floor guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, double vanity, and a Bluetooth speaker integrated into the ceiling light. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

A second suite on the 3rd floor includes a king bed, a bright sitting area with views of the Turbats Creek fish houses & en-suite half bath. Away from the rest of the house, you can unwind in the Japanese soaking tub.

A pack and play and high chair makes this a perfect vacation spot for the whole family.
What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.

There is beach equipment -- a large cooler, a chair umbrella, small portable beach table, picnic backpack and beach games. There are beach towels (located in the linen closet on the second floor) and beach chairs 4 low-seaters (non-reclining) and 4 adjustable/reclining chairs. Explore the neighborhood on the 4 provided bikes. (2 cruisers, 2 Mt bikes.) and a kayak.
