Great house for large families! Very short walk to the beach (We are the third house on Hayward in from Kings Highway). Walk to The Tides and Goose Rocks General Store.
Screened in porch, large family room, outdoor shower, guest house, garage, plenty of parking.
New floor in the living room and downstairs hall!

!! GUEST HOUSE CLOSES FOR THE WINTER on October 14, 2025. Opens again in May 2026!!
6th Bedroom and 4th Bathroom are in a small guest house that also has a small kitchen.

My family and I stayed during UNE family weekend this year. The location was spectacular! There was adequate space for our group and we could’ve fit more! We left hoping to book a summer vacation at the spot. Ned was the perfect host!

Excellent location, exactly as advertised. Very comfortable for my family’s long weekend, which included a dog, toddler and infant. Beds were super comfortable, water pressure awesome, everything was clean! Ned was accommodating and responsive.

Winter Retreat

Wonderful stay!

A large , spacious and very clean home within short walking distance to GRB. Everything is provided and Ned the owner is very responsive. The posted photos are very accurate and if you’re looking for coastal chic decor of whites and grays this may not be for you but my family loved it and we hope to return next year.

A good week stay

We all had a great week. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out (9 people in total). A short walk to the beach and a nice quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Christmas. In Kennebunkport.

My family of six had a wonderful stay. The house was roomy enough but still felt cozy. It’s about a two minute walk to Goose Rock Beach. I’m sure it’s different in the summer, but we had the beach and neighborhood all to ourselves. Our dog, Kineo, loved running around on the beach. I would book this home again!

THE BEST.....

Everything about our place and our stay was A+. The neighborhood was so quiet and those we met were friendly, especially if we were walking our adorable dog! The weather was perfect the first 5 days which turned on our "relax mode" with short walks to the vast beautiful beach. We had dinner at Nunan's and for a special treat our last night, we had dinner at The Tides Inn which was outstanding for our goodbye. Thanks, Ned, you have a marvelous place! Nancy C and family.

60th Birthday getaway

The house was so spacious and comfortable; it had everything we needed and so close to the beach, which was a priority. Plenty of table space/chairs so we were all able to sit down to dinner together. Ned was great about communicating and very accommodating. We had 11 of us and everyone in our group felt the house was perfect. We hope to be back next year!

The house has a lovely open kitchen/living area with an additional living space to spread out. We loved having 3 bathrooms and so many bedrooms to choose from. It is steps away from Goose Rocks Beach - Great location! Only a short drive to Cape Porpoise and Kennebunkport. We forgot to bring camping chairs for the Monastery Caroling, but we found some in the garage to use! Easy check-in and check-out. Owner sent detailed instructions and was very responsive.

Great place

Terrific, spacious property and a responsive host. Checkin process smooth, checkout process smooth. Very spacious, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounging space plus 3 season porch. Kitchen fine. Plenty of linens and towels. Beautifully clean. So close to beach! Plus we had great weather. All in all A+.

Perfect beach getaway with big family

We spent 5 days during the Labor Day weekend with a few families with 14 people, including infants, toddlers, young children and adults. The house was big enough for all of us. The neighborhood is safe for the children. It is a few minutes walk to the beach. The weather was gorgeous - warm enough to swim. The beach was not crowded as is the normal case during Labor Day weekend. The most fun activity was kayyaking. Almost all of us except the infants kayaked to the island that is probably half a mile from the shore. The weather was warm and some of even took naps on the kayak

Great Weekend Getaway!

We had a great time in Kennebunk at this property. Plenty of parking and the beach was right across the street which allowed us to walk over both mornings. The propert features a large kitchen / family room combo area which is where we spent most of our time and made it so everyone could all be in the same room without feeling crowded. The only negatives were we had to make the beds when we arrived but at least we knew the sheets were clean! We also cooked in most meals and found the utensils / pots / pans to be a little sparse or older but I’m guessing most people usually eat out or get take out so that probably wouldn’t affect many. I reached out to Ned a few times and he responded right away and was very helpful. We were so happy we could bring our pup along too, huge bonus!
