This warm and comfortable condominium offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Wake up to birds singing and sun filtering through tall pine trees. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and accesses the balcony. The unit has just gone through extensive upgrades with new carpet, new comfortable overstuffed couch and love seat, new queen size beds and mattresses. The dining area seats 4 with an additional 4 seats at the counter overlooking the kitchen. Fully stocked and always updated kitchen utensils make it easy to cook. The stove is electric, and there is a microwave oven as well. Ample counter space make it easy to cook a big meal. BBQ grills are provided in the common area. One bedroom is located on the main level with a full bath. The loft bedroom offers a private bath with shower. The loft has beamed ceilings and over looks the living room area. Flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. Sorry, no pets. Thank you for understanding.
You are located within walking distance to shopping, library, restaurants and coffee shops. The lake is within walking distance as well.

Great location and easy checkin

This unit was a great location for us. Close to grocerys and snow. Checkin was super easy. We would stay here again.

Great stay in convenient location

Rental was clean and comfy. Had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Place does show a few wear and tear especially in the bathrooms but doesnt take away from the experience itself. Host was kind and responsive.

Okay for me and my brother

My brother and I are senior skiers. We come to the Lake Tahoe area to ski every year. We like to ski and cook. Our condo was fine for us, but my wife would disagree. She is a bit more particular than I. It is outdated and needs a little fixing up. Other than that, the location was really good and we had no real problems with our stay. Our host was very good with instructions, and there was no need to bother her. The condo is fine for two guys, but don’t bring wives.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very convenient for skiing at Diamond Peak. There is a shuttle stop very close by.

Winter holiday getaway

The property is in an excellent location, down the street from a shopping center with a grocery store and 16 minutes drive to Mt Rose. The condo was very cozy and served us well. The only downside was that the exterior lights (for the entire section of the condo) did not work which made it challenging when checking in. Using our cellphones to light the way while carrying luggage and avoiding ice and keeping my 78-year old mother safe was stressful. However, the owners were very responsive and tried their best to have the property managers fix the situation to no avail. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and Ann was an excellent host - very responsive and courteous! The property was perfect for our trip and ideally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great visit to Incline

The location was perfect for our stay, close to everything. The unit is spacious and comfortable except the beds were more firm than what we are used to. The carpet was in need of a cleaning and the porch furniture had to be cleaned before we got to appreciate the view of the spectacular setting. Cleaning crew needs to step up their game I'm afraid.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional… helpful and immediately responsive throughout the rental process. The unit is quiet with nice decor and has a balcony to enjoy. Highly recommend!!

Great location

We are not skiers, but wanted to visit Tahoe to be able to meet with our daughter and go hiking. This condo was very close to everything we wanted to do. Several trail heads (and the grocery store) are within walking distance, as are several restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, but needed a couple more ice trays and a few dish towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were fluffy and white. The decor is a bit dated, and there is no cable TV, but we had a great couple of days there and appreciate the owner’s prompt responses to our questions.

It was good but….

Our stay was fine and it held its purpose but I had to vacuum the entry way when we first arrived. There were some Cheerios on the floor and the floor felt dirty. After that it was fine.

Great for a ski weekend

Great place, close to everything.

Quick responses and perfect for our stay

While we did not spend a lot of time at the property, it was great to come back to a cozy place. The sofas were very comfortable and we found everything we needed. It would be great to come back in warmer weather to see the nearby lake. Also very affordable:)

Clean, Great Location, and Comfortable

Such a great location! Ann was easily reached for a question when we checked in. The property was exactly as expected and made for a perfect long ski weekend with our son. There was a big storm our second day there and the property management company had cleared the parking lot by 9:00am the next day. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Nice Winter and Future Summer Getaway

We loved staying at this home for Christmas. It is in a nice small neighborhood not far from the lake and easily had everything we needed in house for my family to enjoy a nice small-town getaway for the holidays away from our home in Los Angeles. It is close to small shops and restaurants and we are looking forward to coming back to enjoy summer on the lake. Ann was great in addressing our needs before and during our stay. Great property

Property was very clean and in a great location! Batteries in the tv remote were dead, so couldn’t change the channel, but we were mostly out and about anyway. The thermostat was turned all the way off when we arrived around 8pm instead of just being turned down low. Temperature outside was in the upper 30s, so the condo was extremely cold when we got there, but it warmed up fairly quickly and extra blankets were available. Would suggest just turning the thermostat down low instead of off, but we would stay here again.

I have been visiting Lake Tahoe regularly since living in the Bay Area. My favorite spot has always been Incline Village. The entire area reminds me of Germany.
