This place was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to all we wanted to do. The communication with the host was great. The place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We were in town to work a wedding and needed nearby accommodations. It was quiet, clean, and easy to enter. The nearby parking made it easy to enter and exit our unit every day and it was a comfortable stay.

We wanted a place to stay while visiting north Tahoe. This is a no frills basic small apartment, which for the price was adequate. The bed was comfortable.

It was a beautiful area, conveniently located but still quiet. The owner was very nice and accommodating. It was our first time to Lake Tahoe and the condo was just right for a few days stay. The only unexpected item was that there was no range, but I did not check the listing for one and assumed it was there. Well, that and a couple of bears, who were an nice surprise. :)

The Incline Village condo was comfortable with the necessary amenities, and a great “home base”to all the activities we enjoyed at Lake Tahoe. The beds were comfy, the patio was nice for bird watching while drinking our morning coffee, we enjoyed walking through the woods to the university and restaurants close by.

Close to Sand harbor. I wouldn't get a first floor unit next time. I could hear people above walking . Walking distance to restaurant bar was nice. Nothing special about the room you're just paying for the area

I found the property very clean ! There was some noise up stair wich did not bother us at all ! We brought an electric skillet with us to cook on. It was perfect.! The location was perfect and the owner was very friendly!

Great Stay for Ski Trip

This was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for skiing at Diamond Peak; met all our needs at a reasonable price, with easy parking. The host was very communicative and addressed any questions I had quickly.

I love to travel and I really enjoy being a guest and a host for VRBO. I think it is a marvelous idea and I have met through texting and emails many nice people. My hosts in Utah, N. Carolina and Baja were all wonderful, welcoming people.
I have worked and traveled to much of Latin America plus a few places in Europe. My next stop might be Italy or Spain. Enjoy the Suite.

I love this property because Incline is a planned community . The ski areas Diamond Peak and Mt Rose are very close and so are many other recreational amenities. Reno is about 40 minutes and Heavenly is about 30 minutes.

Incline is a planned community where people stay for years and love it. Summers, like all tourist areas, can be a bit hectic but actually weekends are really nice.
The beauty of the area is fantastic and there are bike trails, rentals, kayaking, walking, golf and roads to travel.
Our Suite is the lower floor of a condo with a very nice landscaped area with the stream you see in the photos. Fishing on the Truckee can be successful if you are persistent ..
