The perfect, unique place to take in the mountain view and fresh air from your private balcony! This 650 sqft. private loft is all yours! It is adorned with designer, modern-mountain decor, a cozy electric fireplace, plush bedding/linens, private entrance, free parking, hi-speed WIFI, office/desk space, SmartTV, and a washer/dryer. Wake up to nature and wildlife, all while being in walking distance to everything downtown Woodland Park has to offer, and close to Colorado Springs! Enjoy amazing coffee shops, breweries, shopping, live music, and restaurants. Memorial Park, the Dinosaur Resource Museum, and our state-of-the-art aquatic center, complete with a water slide for the kids, is just a stroll away!

The Perch is such a special place! It is warm and inviting the second you enter the door. It is professionally decorated with a modern-mountain vibe that makes you feel comfy and right at home. We provide everything and more that you will need to be comfortable in your home away from home in the mountains. Step out onto the private balcony for the breathtaking view of Pikes Peak! There are no words or pictures to accurately depict this view! It will blow your mind!
この宿泊施設の特徴
The privacy that you will have even though you are staying in a studio attached to our home. The Perch is located above our garage (with a very quiet opener) so noise is not an issue. You have a personal parking space and entrance all to yourself. There is not access to our home from The Perch and no shared space at all. We may see you if our paths happen to cross on the driveway (or if you just want to say hello to us and our 3 doodles or need something) We are close enough to be helpful if needed but never intrusive.
