Beautifully two bedroom/two bath villa overlooking pool and tennis courts is just blocks from Hilton Head's Coligny Plaza.

Enjoy local cuisine, fishing, boating, water sports at the local marinas, entertainment and family fun around every corner.

Easy access with no steps going from our gated parking lot into the building. Parking is free enter the foyer and take the elevator to the third floor.

Condo includes:
Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances.
Living room with dining area for 6, large screen smart TV's opens to balcony overlooking pool.

Master bedroom ensuite full bathroom, king bed TV
Secondary bedroom bunk bed- full on bottom twin on top, queen bed.

Property was as pictured. Great location, only about a five-ten minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time!

Our family of 6 just stayed. Overall we really enjoyed it! The bedrooms were spacious- bigger than they look in the pictures. It was a very easy walk to the beach even with kids- about 7 minutes. The beach cart and chairs were very helpful. There is a hose outside of the building to rinse off after the beach. The furniture and decor was simple and beachy. The kitchen is pretty and it had enough supplies for a few meals in. The large dining room table is great for a meal or game night. It felt clean and showers had great water pressure. There was plenty of bath towels provided and I appreciated that there were some extra hooks in the bedroom and in the balcony to hang stuff to dry. The balcony looks out to the pool and the pool area worked for us, small but never crowded and good for a dip after the beach. There is a mote all around the building and we spotted turtles and a gator a few times which we thought was cool to see ( from a distance!). We had an issue with the master shower not draining and the owner came the next morning to fix it. It was still a little slow to drain but appreciated the quick response. He also brought more hand soap because it was low when we arrived. The only other note is that it only had one recliner, not two as pictured so someone had to sit on the kitchen or desk chair if we were all watching tv at night. Would love to another one added back if we return and we definitely would return.

Great for our family!

We loved staying at this property. The rooms were very big and we had plenty of space to spread out. We had our baby in our room and our toddler had the kid room all to himself. The living space was more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but we primarily ate out. The location is perfect. Very close to the beach and walking distance to Coligny and the big playground. Check-in was easy and the building was nice.

Question of cleanliness

When we arrived at the location there was construction due to a waterpipe burst. There was some activity to resolve however dry wall dust was over everything especially the kitchen. We did request a clean up. Someone came and wiped kitchen down and few other areas. Later we vacummed everything as dust was everywhere. Bathtubs are old and dingey. Beds and pillows are worn and should have protection (anti-allergin covers). Couch and chairs need cleaning. Building needs some paint and upgrades.

The apartment was dirty, a lot of rust in the bathrooms. Walls dirty, chair and sofas did not clean for years. Furniture damaged and dirty.

Big spacious bedrooms! Living room furniture should be replaced. The recliner is very hard to use! Pool was very nice.
