About this property

Cabin with lake views & lake access Now featuring AC Wi-FI and TV sleeps 5

Features a screened in porch, 2 double beds, kitchen, toilet, & a clean shower house steps )approx. 30') away from your cabin with three (3) private showers with great water pressure. WI-FI -TV & A/C

We have a 24 hour Coffee Bar, Laundry, Ice and Vending Machine on site, next to our showers for you to enjoy FREE of charge.

Enjoy our several charcoal/gas grills, outdoor tables, fire pits and tables, on-site arcade, yard games including corn hole, and connect four while taking in the wonderful lake views.

Lake Access:
You can see the lake access from your cabin just a short walk past the arcade, towards the steps and you will see our Lake Access sign, This access has a sandy bottom. If you are wanting a more traditional sandy beach we are within walking distance to the Alton Town Beach

Vacanza NH has complementary bicycles and kayaks for our guests to use on a first come first serve basis. We are within walking distance to most of Alton Bay attractions including the town beach (sandy beach) restaurants, ice cream, and the marina.

This cabin is perfect for vacations, & enjoying the all the lakes region has to offer, rent multiple cabins for the perfect group getaway.


We do allow pets, but please review our pet policy to ensure our cabins are the right fit.

Pet Policy:
We must be notified in advance that you will be bringing a pet(s), and weight of your pet(s).

-Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

-All guests will be charged a one-time flat fee of $40.00 per pet per day or a flat $200 fee for weekly stays.

-Guest agrees to clean up animal waste of the pet(s) and agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or actions arising from or caused by pet(s).

-All pets must be in crates if left unattended, and cannot cause any disturbance, to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced .

-Pet(s) cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours. They cannot be tied up outside unattended, and must be on a leash when outside.


We are located in Alton Bay, and within walking distance to restaurants, the marina, and all that the lake has to offer.

Loved the area we stayed at. Cabin was clean. Wifi included. Nice shower located by cabins. Coffee bar was nice to have. Mattresses could use an upgrade for sleeping a couple nites. Sitting area with fire pit great to hang out . Will have to come back next year!

Great little stop on an 8 state trip. Nice for the night and close to town and direct access to the lake. Wish we could have enjoyed the fire pit, but the rain was a little too much. Good hot water pressure at the showers, which are separate, but not enough supply to do 3 people at a time

It was clean, lovely and quiet. Honestly, the only thing I had a hard time with was the WAY overbearing air freshener that gave me a bad headache. If a place is clean, it doesn't need an air freshener (which by the way, I couldn't locate to remove or unplug).

Beautiful family and dog friendly location with a stunning view

Beautiful family and dog friendly spot located across from a stunning lake. Not only was this entire property clean, well maintained it was family friendly and dog friendly. There is a free arcade, that the whole family enjoyed and free coffee 24 hours. There were also two fire pits, corn hole, and a small mini golf setup. All this walking distance from Alton Bay restaurants, ice cream and lake access. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive regarding any questions.
