Reserving and checking in to the property was easy. The host was super responsive. The property was perfect for our group of nine with space to spare. The views were amazing and location to activities (Lake Arrowhead Village, Heaps Peak) were convenient. We would definitely book again!

Just left this cabin and it was beautiful! It has everything you need, super clean and the views amazing.I would definitely book this again on my next trip to Running Springs. The host was also very helpful and responsive.

A cozy and welcoming place to stay. We were so happy to find a pet-friendly cabin! The kids absolutely loved the game room, and the nighttime views were amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The cabin was gorgeous and very cozy! The views from each floor - stunning! There was plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen had the essentials needed to prepare our meals. The owner was very responsive and helped make our stay even better. We definitely want to stay again.

Excellent stay with beautiful view

Nice clean house with beautiful views. Loved the 3rd floor seating area with vintage decor. Kids were happy to play with hammock swings and ping pong table.

Martin was awesome and this is the best rental we’ve ever experienced! It was clean, location was second none, magnificent views from all three decks and most of all, this is the one to rent if you are a car enthusiast like me. My Porsche 911 slept like a baby in this spacious indoor garage! This was the most important amenity for me and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place…

Big house with beautiful views.

The house is ideal for accommodating 8 people comfortably, and the 3.5 bathrooms were a great convenience. The children especially enjoyed the record player, playroom, and hammock chairs with a beautiful view of the valley.

Very warm feeling when you enter the home. Had small issues that where resolved immediately via text through app. Neighbor were very friendly and helpful.. beautiful few at night. Highly recommended. I will be returning again

The property is in very good condition, very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything one needs. Communication was excellent and it was easy to check in and out.

Runnings Springs

We had a great family vacation. We took the grandchildren fishing and no one complained about getting up at 430am. The sunsets were amazing to watch from any of the 3 balconies. Everyone loved the gameroom. The 2 livingrooms gave ample space to spreadout.

Lovely, charming and Spacious

I absolutely loved the decor. There is a great record player with some old vintage records that I loved while sipping some wine and enjoying the mountain air and cool breeze, The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and it was spacious. HUGE dining room table and a ping pong table downstairs that we all enjoyed. Wonderful retreat. I would stay there again. We brought our dogs and they loved the smells and the tres ;)

The grill was a little bit dirty. The sink in the hallway bathroom on the third floor the water went down very slowly. And there was some nuts on the bumper pool table when we first uncovered it. Other then that everything was great.

The house was beautiful, clean & welcoming. The downstairs playroom was perfect for our grandkids. The 3 decks had excellent views, especially sunset. Loved the patio swings! The kitchen needs better pots/pans, they were old & rusty. Some windows are missing screens, we couldn’t cool the house down because we couldn’t open the windows. We needed oven mitts very badly, none available. We would rent again, just prepare to bring cooking necessities.

Ridiculously Hard Mattresses and spiders everywhere. Nice People though.

Spiderwebs everywhere. The mattresses were so hard that none of us slept well. Random things, not taken care of such as drains in the shower, barbecue dirty and greasy, loose door knobs, broken window screens. Very dirty. Nice view at night.

Everything we were hoping it would be

We arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed for 4 nights. Everyone had their own space and the 3 decks were great. We saw amazing sunrises and sunsets there. Everyone in our party truly was very comfortable. Things to note that I feel would be nice is having an iron for guests to use and a few kitchen things like foil and Tupperware. There was paper towels in the kitchen but after just cooking breakfast the next morning we were out and there was not another roll to replace it with. Thankfully we were able to get some on our way back from Big Bear on Christmas Day. All in all those are little things that might be helpful for other guests to be aware of to be more prepared. We would absolutely stay again!!!!

It was a little hard to find but we got there. The house is beautiful and clean. The view was incredible! The kitchen was huge and beautiful but could use a new skillet. I used a couple nice stainless steel pots instead. The game room was a lot of fun. We love ping pong. The clothes dryer was screeching, so unusable. The decks are very roomy for plenty of guests. The beds were hard. I had to put a few blankets under me to soften it up. The location is 20 min to Lake Arrowhead and 30 min to Big Bear. It would be a great family reunion house. The driveway is narrow and you should be good with backing up your car. All that said, would we stay there again, yes.

The property has some minor cosmetic damage and a few quirks like a sliding glass door that is hard to close, but otherwise is exactly as advertised. It's spacious and comfortable and was easy to have 5 different families spread out and do their own thing while coming together for meals and games. There is plenty of room to have three different groups hanging out inside on the three common areas (one on each floor) and the middle floor deck area is comfortable and has a great view of southern california.Everything was clean, and the host was quick to respond to problems and questions. It's also an easy drive to big bear with all the quiet of a small mountain community. For the price we paid, the place couldn't be beat and we will definitely book again if we are getting that large of a group together again in the area!

We enjoyed this very large cabin with 6 bedrooms/6 baths. The cabin was nicely decorated. It was comfortable with a very nice home vibe. The views from the 3 decks were fabulous! Our grand kids loved the game room. Our grown kids loved the overall comfort and space to spread out. Martin was very responsive to every question. We cooked all of our meals in the cabin. I always bring my kitchen utensils and pans I’ll need, but this cabin was well stocked with pots and pans. We rent cabins 2-4 times per year. I loved almost everything about this cabin, but the beds are hard. No one else complained about the beds, except me. There is highway noise from the Rim of the World Hwy, but it wasn’t distracting for most. My daughter actually napped out on the deck. We travel to the mountains to relax. Everyone in our group of nine enjoyed the cabin completely.

The process is made very easy to rent and check-in. The house does have six bedrooms and six bathrooms. And it’s good for a family with kids and or a couple families together. However, we found the house needs an overall good cleaning. Couches need to be vacuumed, a lot of stuff in the cushions and under the couches. And the kitchen lacked a lot of amenities.Such as pots and pans, cooking utensils. They have a lot of dishes and bowls, but frying pans are needed. No dish towels, we went out and bought a pack of five and left for the cabin. Board games are very few and spread throughout the house. Not in one central place. Could not even find playing cards till the last day and they were under some junk in the closet in basement.That being said, we had a nice weekend. And would recommend rental with above improvements. or at least upfront let your customers know what they need to bring.
