‘Bout Time Vacation - Pet Friendly - Amazing Hot Jacuzzi and Spa Room - Elegant

New management - an even more beautiful experience!
After 15 months we decided to take over managing our vacation home since we know everything about our home. Our family proudly renovated and decorated ‘Bout Time Vacation, and it is our dream of a perfect vacation and relaxation retreat! We use our home every month and we continually upgrade and improve the property.
Our goal was to make it smooth for our guests! Bring your groceries and enjoy quality time in a magical place.
The space
Our space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fridge & freezer, dishwasher (purchased in 2021), stove and oven, microwave and toaster.

A large variety of cooking pans, Instapot and slow cooker will allow any chef to cook anything from a gourmet meal to a simple and easy meal. An assortment of dishes and glassware will satisfy your needs from fancy and festive dinners to casual dinners. In the summertime our Margaritaville machine is ready to keep you cold and refreshed with frozen drinks.

Our coffee bar is equipped with a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Extra Keurig pods, white, brown sugar and cream are available to our guests in case you forgot yours. A full spice drawer, oil and vinegar are in stock for your convenience ~

Our dining room can accommodate 8 guests.

Plenty sitting area is available in our open living room area. We constantly update our furniture if we notice any kind of signs of wear and tear. Smart TVs are available in our Master Suite and living room. A cozy fireplace can be set up for atmosphere only or add heat as well.

An office area is set up as well in our living room with an extra monitor in case you need to jump on a conference call or get some work done remotely.

The Master suite has a King size bed with a wonderful and comfortable memory foam mattress. A Smart TV is available for your favorite movie nights.

The Master Bathroom has plenty storage, comes with a full tub and shower, stocked with fresh towels, wash cloths, hand soap, toilet paper and hairdryer.

The second bedroom downstairs comes with a Queen size bed - and the same comfortable memory foam mattress, and a cozy seating area for a nice chilled afternoon when you want to read a book in quiet ~

Our second bathroom on the main floor is off our laundry room, where the washer and dryer are stocked with cleaning supplies. Beach towels are available for your convenience. The bathroom comes with a full size tub and shower, toilet paper, hand soap, washcloths, fresh towels and hair dryer. A First Aid kit is located in the cabinet.

Our teens and kids loft and entertainment room is upstairs, 4 twin size trundle beds can easily be opened and closed. Lots of board games, and a foosball table will keep the kids entertained indoors.

A half bathroom is conveniently located upstairs off the loft. Toilet paper, wash cloths, and hand soap provided.

Our jacuzzi room, AKA “the chapel” is our favorite place to end our days! Designed as a SPA, sitting area are surrounding the jacuzzi. Our jacuzzi is professionally serviced weekly for your safety.

Our porch comes with a charcoal grill, and lots of seating options for your porch nights.

Our firepit area is a wonderful place to end your evenings, with plenty seating area around the pit.

All our guests are welcome to use our 4 kayaks, backyard games, a paddle boat and stand up board. Life jackets are located in the boat house if needed, as well as some fishing gear.

Minimum Age to Book is 25.

All Guests need to be listed on the booking. Max 8 guests.

All house, jacuzzi room, all our inclosed backyard and our dock.
Other things to note
Our home is located in a small community, and our neighbors reside here permanently. To respect their privacy no organized parties are allowed on property (only our guests are allowed on our property during the booking), between 10pm and 8am we ask our guests to respect their rest time ~ no loud music or loud noises outside.
No fireworks allowed on property.
We love our puppies as much as we love our kids, if you bring them along, please clean after them (we provide bags for your convenience), and please make sure barking is kept under control and there is always a responsible adult with the pets outside.
No illegal drugs allowed on property, no smoking allowed indoors. $500 penalty charge if smoking inside the property.
No glass allowed in the jacuzzi room for your safety.
Please communicate any damage during your stay. If no communication and property is found damaged or destroyed, owners can charge up to $500 to replace damaged items - only cost of damage will be assessed.
