Enjoy a wonderful stay at this 4 bedroom house with extra flex room on Lake Sinclair in Eatonton, minutes from historic Milledgeville. Come relax on the lake, bring your boat and launch at the boat ramp next door, tie it up in the newly constructed boat house (no lift) or enjoy the quiet dock and some fishing. Enjoy a peaceful paddle on the provided kayaks, read and relax under the covered gazebo, and toast marshmallows over the firepit. Whatever you like to do it's lake time here. Property features 2 master suites plus 2 additional bedrooms and flex room all with queen beds and streamingTVs.. Sleeps 10. Grill on the deck with the gas grill or spend time in the game room with a pool table and air hockey. Lake house has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet and streaming TV. Close to grocery, Walmart and restaurants. If you're a golfer that is not far either. We are local,so happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our retreat on Lake Sinclair. 1 small dog is welcome, a 2nd small dog may be able to be allowed, please inquire.

It was a wonderful stay. The house was clean and we enjoyed the amenities. The host was very welcoming and quick with his responses to my inquiries. The community is quiet and safe. We enjoyed the views of the lake. The house is quite large for family get togethers. We would not hesitate to stay again if we are ever in the same vicinity.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was neat and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed Lockerly in Lights. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

We had an amazing time. The house was cozy, clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all the kitchenware and essentials which made cooking and settling in super convenient.The host was incredibly accommodating and very communicative making the whole experience, smooth and stress-free check-in was easy and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean welcoming and well managed place to stay.

Wonderful stay! House was neat and clean. Perfect layout for large or small group. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and kayaking. Owner was great with communication. We chose this property because it was close to GCSU and pet friendly. The photos do not do justice. The property is much brighter and open in person. If you are searching for a great place to stay, you found it!

This is a wonderful home. We had friends and family and had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. The yard and decks/gazebo are great and perfect for enjoying the lake. The host was very accessible and accommodating. We brought our boat and tied up to the new dock. We look forward to making this a frequent place to visit.

Great stay! Home had plenty of space for our 12 guests. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. Walmart and Kroger are only 15 minutes away. Our kids caught tons of blue gill and a few catfish right from the dock. Jim was a great host and very informative. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Our vacation had an interesting start with this rental.The property was sold and the new owner, Jim Blanchett took possession on the Monday before we were to arrive on Thursday.He found the property less than satisfactory upon entering and instead of canceling our reservation he and his team busted butts to have the property ready for us on Thursday. Mr Blanchett was on the phone with me via texts, emails and phone conversations regularly during the process. He gave me an incredibly gracious discount and was very kind. We found the house spotless although updates are necessary as discussed by the owner. The space was perfect for our 12 members. Lots of space inside and out. We spent most of our time at the water swimming, jumping, tubing, fishing. We were asked to stay off of the boat dock area until updates can be taken care of. The dock was perfect for all of our activities although, I will suggest an umbrella for the next visit. Im sure there will be one for the next guests. They just didn't have enough time. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. Very clean,clean,clean! We did not even use the game room that is provided for entertainment in the garage.We are thankful Jim was so kind and gave us our Lake Sinclair vacation. There is nothing but good things to say about Jim and his property. Im anxious to see the improvements in the coming years. The place will be spectacular Im sure. I highly suggest Mr Jim Blanchett and his property on Lake Sinclair.

Very spacious, on a nice small quiet cove with 5 feet of water depth to dock your boat. Nice level lot for backyard activities. Boat launch right next door. Golf, dining close by and all the lake has to offerWe just purchased this property and look to be making upgrades and our own touch to it soon. Stay tuned
