Inside, the open-concept layout is designed for connection and comfort. The fully stocked kitchen makes group meals a breeze, with island seating for six and an adjacent breakfast nook. The dining area, also with seating for six, opens up to a spacious great room where you'll find cozy seating, a large TV, and a shuffleboard table for friendly competition or movie nights. Additional gathering spaces include a second sitting area and a charming three-season room—ideal for morning coffee or evening chats.
Step out to the expansive back deck, where the lake becomes your backdrop. Soak in the private hot tub after a day of sun and boating, fire up the flat-top grill for lakeside dinners, or simply relax with a drink as the sun sets across the water.

The main level offers four sleeping areas. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the back deck and hot tub. Two additional king bedrooms—one ensuite, one using the hallway bath—provide restful retreats for adults. The bunk room suite is a kid's dream, complete with three sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunks. Upstairs, a spacious bonus room offers two queen beds and a lounge area for added comfort and flexibility.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! 📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
