Overall we had a great experience at this home. The hosts were responsive to our concerns and requests. The home needs some repairs and upkeep in the backyard and deck. Beautiful location on the lake and a quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely suburban home for a college roommate reunion. The hosts were gracious with good communication. The home was very clean. One thing to note- there are only 4 beds in the home which differs slightly from what the listing states. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. It was beautiful weather to spend time on the large deck overlooking the pond. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location and home for our adult family! Lots of stores and food options close by including a car rental store. Convenient to local highway too. We would stay again if in the area. We needed a comfortable home for our family to meet for Thanksgiving and it was a perfect home for us!

The house was perfect for our trip to Chicago. There were 7 in our party that stayed. We were in town for a memorial and had family in the area that came over for lunch or dinner. There was plenty of room for everyone to visit.Communication with the hosts was excellent. I definitely recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Chicago!

Overall, we had an ok stay. The location close to dining, expressways, etc. The interior was clean and well appointed but needs updating and small fixes throughout the main floor. Lots of fruit flies in every room of the house made it feel dirty, though. The exterior was disappointing being run down and overgrown and we were greeted by a rat at the front door on day 2. We wouldn't stay again or recommend, unfortunately.Pros:Large homeDog friendlyClean interiorClose to dining & expresswaysNice neighborhoodCons:All exterior doors have issues with opening or storm doors/screens brokenFruit fliesOvergrown bushes block lake viewPatio furniture & umbrella broken Deck is suss and needs renovating

We traveled to the area from Florida for a wedding. The owners were very accommodating and the home was exactly as described. There’s plenty of room to spread out and the neighborhood was quaint and safe feeling. I would definitely recommend this property.

Spacious and comfortable.

We had more than enough room for 5 adults in Michael and Kelsey’s clean, convenient home with a huge deck on a little lake. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe with shopping and restaurants nearby. The house was as described and we would highly recommend it and hope to be able to stay there again on another visit to the area. Thank you for hosting us!
