Minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment, this home is situated in a quiet and cozy neighborhood just a 10 minute drive to Downtown Naperville. With a fully fenced in back yard, enjoy grilling or the outdoors from the comfort of the large deck.

Three bedroom and two and a half bathroom home sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably - Two queen beds, one full bed. Large, fully fenced in yard with generous sized deck. Spacious kitchen with 2 dining areas – Washer and dryer in home. Full size blow-up mattress, crib, and high chair available.

Nice, quiet place

This is a nice place, as shown in the listing photos. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, and pleasant for walking. It has a substantial back yard and deck with table for gathering outside. We were impressed that the kitchen had a real Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, which came in handy for meal preparation. Oddly, there was no salt in the kitchen while there were 4 kinds of pepper stocked (perhaps from previous renters). Property management was responsive. Note that the property info says that shoes should be removed at the front door to "save the carpets".

Not so updated

No water or ice dispensed from refrigerator. No salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent or broom to tidy up. Backyard faces west, very hot. Tables have no chairs or umbrella. Cabinets, furniture and doors in need of repair. They charge for cleaning yet expect you to clean before leaving at 10am!

Beautiful home & neighborhood

The property was amazing. Very clean and the property management was amazing also. I left my necklace behind and they made sure I got it back. Meant so much to me. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Incredible home

This house couldn’t be more perfect and adorable!! Choosing this house for my family and I made our stay that much more memorable and perfect for visiting our family here in Chicago! It’s spacious, clean, huge backyard and the nicest neighbors! Looking forward to staying again!

Literally a PERFECT Stay

The neighborhood that the house is located in is absolutely adorable. My husband and I went for several walks in the evening and it was simply gorgeous. The house is incredibly well maintained and very clean. Checking in and finding everything was a breeze. We would love to stay here again.

My best rental yet!

We ALL enjoyed our stay. Very comfortably furnished, well appointed kitchen, all scrupulously clean, a lovely garden in a very quiet neighborhood. I was EXTREMELY impressed our vrbo intermediary, Amber - she was more than kind, going so far as to provide a Happy Birthday banner, candles and champagne glasses for my mother's 100th party! In addition, any questions were answered immediately. I HIGHLY recommend this rental - we will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect home away from home

Stayed here our first Christmas after my husband and I moved to Texas. Was a wonderful base to visit family and also to have our core five together. Fabulous set up - made a full turkey dinner with all the fixings and baked pies. Backyard would be great in the summer. Love this home!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

Super clean place, comfortable beds, roomy, and a quiet neighborhood. And lights by the beds that you could actually use to read, which is a rarity in rentals.

Perfect house to stay in

Family time

This was our 2nd time staying here. Noticed some upgrades to kitchen and furniture. Very clean and modern. Too hot to enjoy the nice deck and yard 😞but close to family, friends, and downtown Naperville. Had a great week!

Super clean property

Very clean property in a nice neighborhood. Sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for walkers. We enjoyed working with the manager, Amber. House had new carpets and flooring. Close to restaurants, groceries, shopping. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.
