Charming mid-century home in Old North Davis! Perfect for longer stays!

Delightful 2 story single family 2BR/2BA w/in a five minute walk to downtown, Co-op, and farmer’s market. Natural light pours into the open living space, large windows, full kitchen, central HVAC,
W/D, fenced backyard w/ wrap around outdoor deck, shaded sitting area + unattached bonus office/retreat. Spacious upstairs primary B/R w/ nook. Fast 1 GIG internet with extender + workstations. Everything you need to enjoy working from home or visiting friends, family and students. Relax in this unique central mid-century Davis gem!

* Starting in January 2024 will be going to longer (31+) stays only. *

Perfect for longer stays with fully equipped kitchen, brand new LG full size washer and dryer, gas range +oven, and refrigerator. Luxury pillow top mattresses, cotton linens and sound machines make it easy to get a good night’s rest. There are plenty of cotton towels to use. Starter shampoo + conditioner, body wash + soap, laundry + cleaning products are provided. Basic cooking pantry essentials, vacuum, mop, broom, air purifier, and fan are furnished. For more than 4 guests, we have a queen sized air mattress. We have a gardener coming Monday afternoons to clean up the back and front yards.



For stays 31 days and over, we will require a rental agreement to be signed within 7 days of check in date. Verification of government ID is required. You must have prior excellent reviews and the VRBO verified identity badge. Occupancy taxes do not apply to stays over 31+ days and you won't' be charged for them.

As a kind reminder, our list of house rules is as follows:
1. Please take shoes off in the house.
2.Please keep in mind that despite this being close to downtown and a multi-zoned area, it is a quiet neighborhood. We respectfully ask guests to show consideration (esp. noise) to our neighbors that has allowed Old North Davis to keep its charm.
3. Upstairs door to the roof is not to be opened or accessed due to safety reasons.
4. Please take the three trash containers to the curb after 5pm Sunday night and return Monday night. If you cannot fulfill this, let us know. Thank you! (Davis ordinance information will be posted in the house :-)
5. No tampering/covering of the RING doorbell. It will be on and assists with smooth check in, security, and to prevent unauthorized parties.
6. Only guests added in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
7. Pet policy: One small well behaved dog allowed on a case by case basis. You must get permission before bringing your pet. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise despite it being close to downtown. (Davis has a leash law.) Dog must be crated when left alone. The dog is not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests to provide all pet supplies and required to clean up, including outside, after their pet. Pet owners will need to provide proof of current flea treatment and a pet agreement will need to be signed.
* As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay.
* Guests understand that we will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by dog’s presence or behavior.

Thanks so much for following VRBO guidelines of no parties, smoking/vaping. This 2 story house is regrettably unsuitable for infants (0-2) and therefore, not baby proofed. Keep in mind you must be able to climb stairs :-)
