Very close to Captain Ron's, basically can walk to Captain Ron's. 2 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 6 comfortably in the beds but with the 2 pull out sofa's each accommodating 2 smaller children or 1 adult. Master bedroom on the main upper level features a queen bed with a full closet. 2nd bedroom located on the lower level features a set of bunk beds with both beds being queen size beds. There are also 2 pull out sofa's for extra sleeping, one in the living area on the upper level and one in the living area on the lower level. 2 full bathrooms, upper level features tub/shower combo and lower level features a tiled shower. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs with a dining area right off the kitchen, seats up to 7. Large lake front deck featuring a gas grill and deck table and chairs to enjoy your meals right over the lake. Enjoy your beverages and good conversations as you look out at the lake on the upper deck or the walkout patio on the lower level of this house. You may want to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the lake front deck closer to the water and near the boat dock. The covered 10x28 boat slip is in a shared community dock but does feature a lift for your boat. This cute cozy cottage home is within walking distance to Captain Ron's, home to the biggest event at the Lake of the Ozarks and largest boating event, the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout. You can enjoy the surroundings at Captain Ron's Resort, lay out on the beach, take a stroll along Treasure Pass, or just hang out with your friends at one of their 4 tiki bars. No more toll bridge, take advantage of the lower nightly rates on the Sunrise Beach side vs the Osage Beach side. Only 15 min to Osage Beach.

This cute cottage home is very accommodating for a family or couples. We also have another home in the vicinity close by land and water so for a larger group you could rent both and be close to each other. Very close Captain Ron's, Pappa Chubby, Branding Iron and many other restaurants.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Comes with a 10x28 boat slip that includes a lift so if you have that boat you would like to keep up on a lift then this is it as most rental properties do not offer the boat slips with a lift. Important to give the size and make of your boat to confirm the lift will work for your boat.
