Welcome to the BLUE PEARL, a nautical themed lakefront home in the heart of Sunrise Beach!
The Blue Pearl is an adorable, cozy, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront home in the heart of Sunrise Beach.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Perfectly located by water on the 11.5 Mile Marker of the Osage in Davey Hallow Cove. Just a short boat ride to Frankie & Louie's & Lakehouse 13 and quick car ride to Paradise and Captain Ron's Bar & Grills, Woods Grocery store and a short walk to Maccabees Bar & Grill and the Shawnee Bend Public Boat Ramp. Everything you need in just a few miles. If you'd like to visit the east side of LOTO (Osage Beach, Lake Ozark and famous Bagel Dam Strip) for more shopping or restaurant options, the Community Bridge is only short drive down MM.
HOME: The Blue Pearl is an adorable lakeside retreat for up to 6 people. Home features 2 bedrooms (each with Queen sized beds), one full bath, full sized kitchen (stocked with cookware, culinary items, dishes & utensils) and family room with TV. Wifi is provided for you to log into your favorite streaming accounts. Just out back is lovely gated patio with patio seating, a picnic table and propane powered grill.
COVE: The Blue Pearl is located at the 11.5MM down Davey Hallow where the water is calm and perfect for floating. Few steps from back patio is a private dock featuring a 10' x 24' boat slip available for guests to use (no lift) and a sun deck for spending warm summer days by the water. A Lily Pad and variety of other floats are provided. Guests are asked to return all items to their original secure (tied) position and turn off dock lights each night.
BOOKING GUEST: Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old, must provide a valid photo ID before taking possession of the home and must sign a separate rental agreement.
HOUSE RULES: Please read carefully before sending booking request.
OCCUPANCY: This is a small home and sleeps up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms which have Queen beds and sleep 2 persons and a sleeper sofa in the family room which can used to sleep 2 additional people. Occupancy must not exceed 6 personas at any one time.
PARKING: Home offers private parking spaces for 2 vehicles. If additional space is need for more cars or trailers, guest must get approval beforehand to make sure there is adequate space.
EVENTS: No events or parties allowed. Only guests listed on booking request are allowed on the property unless approved before booking confirmation.
SMOKING: There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the home or near home entrances. If guests smoke outside, please dispose of all butts safely and remove any ash marks to avoid additional cleaning fees.
BOOKING GUEST: Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old, must provide a valid photo ID before taking possession of the home and must sign a separate rental agreement.
PETS: Some pets will be allowed but must be approved before booking. There is a $75 fee per pet, per stay. While the patio fence will provide some protection, pet owners are responsible for the safe keeping of their animals while inside the home, on patio or dock. Please consider that thee is no grass yard out back and all dogs must be leash walked at times. Owners must pickup and dispose of any "doggy business".
QUIET HOURS: LOTO is known for its high energy, non stop action and fun! However we do ask guests to respect neighboring residents and visiting families by adhering to quiet hours and keeping noise levels to a minimum (no loud music) from 10PM to 8AM daily.
SEPTIC: All guests in the party must be made aware that this home, like most most in the area, is on a septic system. This means no feminine products, wipes (even flushable kinds), paper towels, cotton swabs or debris of any kind can be flushed....only human waste and toilet paper.
BOOKING REQUEST: If you are interested in booking, please send a booking request and answer the following quick questions so we can make sure our home is the perfect fit for your vacation needs. If questions are not answered within 12 hours, the booking request will be declined.
