Casa Cherry Ridge is beautifully renovated. It has an eclectic, modern interior with hard wood floors throughout; offers all the comforts of home (equipped kitchen, fresh towels, Washer/Dryer); & has a spacious private yard and garage.

The quiet neighborhood is centrally located, sitting at the intersection of 410 and I-10. Be anywhere (downtown, Fiesta TX, Seaworld, Cantera, Lackland, BAMC, UTSA, USAA) within 10 minutes. Restaurants and shopping 2 min away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests staying longer than 30 days will allow the home to be cleaned monthly at guests expense. (Fee is $150/month).
No eating in bedrooms. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $150. Turn up the AC to 78 degrees when no one is home.

Just What I Needed

I stayed in this house for 10 weeks while attending a work training program. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The is about 15-20 minutes away from the attractions in the La Cantera area and the same amount of time to downtown. This house was great and the owner was responsive to a the few minor issues that came up with the house!
