Dogs and children welcome. Includes three 51” TV’s with Roku! Minutes from AT&T Center, River Walk, Pearl Brewery, military bases & I-35.
Other things to note:
* Smoking permitted outside
* No events/gatherings, unauthorized visitors
* 2 dogs max, must be pre-approved, and pay $30.00 flat charge for pet fee
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood conveniently located minutes from the River Walk, AT&T Center, The Pearl Brewery, BAMC, Fort Sam Houston and I-35. Neighborhood park nearby.
Getting Around:
1 parking spot in driveway, additional parking along the street.
