This house is amazing for family reunions and our family loves staying here. The kids love the slide and it sleeps so many people! We love the private beach access and the swimming pool in the neighborhood! Great stay for our families.

Great place for our family reunion. The kitchen didn't have ice and the AC was tricky with the 3 floors and having everyone comfortable at night. No "extras" in the kitchen like ziplocks or condiments.Overall a great place!

Delightful time for our family—the view of Bear Lake! Tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The slide was a constant source of joy! The Idaho side of Bear Lake and its surroundings are restful and calm. We loved the short drive to the two pools and hot tub, a place everyone delighted in!We loved sitting outside in the evenings and watching the children play during the day (they loved the playground). The barely noticeable fence kept them safe in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The deck was an extension of the home. We were so pleased with the two kitchen tables (and the side station with benches). We dined together comfortably! Two fridges, dishwashers, and washers and dryers were incredibly helpful! With three floors, each family could have a private space. We were so pleased with our stay and would love, love, love to return.

It was great place to stay for a large family get together. Our grandkids had so much fun playing in that slide together! We had 12 adults and 16 children and all fit comfortably. A very well thought out design, just a beautiful home. When I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and comfy it felt. The kitchen had just about everything you could ask for. We enjoyed the access to the pool and hot tub and work out room, as well as the private beach. The backyard was great to play yard games and the back patio was fun to sit and watch the thunderstorms roll in. Again, the slide was a big hit for both children and adults :) It would have been nice to have been provided more trash bags and some cleaning supplies and toiletries, or let us know that we need to bring extra of those things. Other than that, the house was amazing.

This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as good as the first time! We come with our 5 married kids and all of our grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a place. The kids love the slide and rarely use the stairs! The view of the lake is so gorgeous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there so we don't have to bring as much for meal prep. The neighborhood is lovely for evening walks. The pool area is nice when a break from the lake is needed. Angela answered our messages quickly and well. We will stay here again!

Great stay!

We love staying in The Reserve and this house was awesome. The indoor slides were a highlight for the kids and there was plenty of seating for meals. We would stay here again for sure!

Such a great place for our family vacation. Gorgeous view! Our family enjoyed the backyard for lawn games. We loved the pool and pickleball as well. We would for sure stay here again.

We loved our Bear Lake stay. The house was perfect for our family reunion - the kids loved the indoor slides. Beautiful view of Bear Lake and we loved the amenities at The Reserve.

Loved staying in this beautiful home! Our grandkids loved the slides, the big grassy area out back and the swings! The bunk room was great for sharing and the kitchen had enough room for all. There was easy access to the private pool and the private beach as well as north beach. We highly recommend this wonderful home!
