Quotes are for double occupancy (FIRST bedroom 2 persons) .If you want extra bedroom over 1 there is a $35 charge per Person per night .Single Detached cute, clean and quiet house. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and one in the basement. Two four piece washrooms ,one on each floor. 1 queen and two double beds
Dishwasher and Full sized washer and dryer (free)
House is about 850 sq feet. Free Parking on property for 2 vehicles. Dedicated desk and office chair on each level
Two huge work benches in the basement
Parking for truck out front and another parking spot for a truck in front of garage ( garage is for landlords personal use storage only )Fenced in back yard.

Scotties tournament of Hearts

Was a great location to go to the Scotties, We were not able to use the television, (we are seniors and not phone talented) otherwise we could not have asked for better.

Great place for a stay

This property was very clean, we are particular about cleanliness since we have a young child with us. This has been the most clean compared to other properties we have rented in TB. The host was super accommodating set up 2 window AC units which was greatly appreciated since the day we arrived it was 29 degrees. The house is well stocked with good bakeware and pots for cooking. Definately stay here again. Keep up the good work host!!

Another great stay

This is the second time we booked this home. It is very clean and well stocked with dishes,cups pots, pans and small appliances. Everything is in working order. The back deck with a roof is very nice and private to enjoy outdoor eating or just being outside. The area and street are usually quiet and not very busy with car traffic. Cindy the host is very responsive and when I asked for a few items, they appeared in the house before we arrived. They have also been very accommodating when we arrive earlier then check in time. A great find and stay in Thunder Bay.
