Sea-Renity provides the ideal setting for family, fun, comfort and relaxation. The private back yard features a salt water pool and hot tub, tiki hut, gas fire pit, fruit trees, Weber BBQ, outdoor games, outdoor shower, large picnic table, and comfortable seating areas. Fruit trees when in season and a herb garden freshen your palette. The home has a large family room with a new 75" 240hz TV, pull-out sofa, desk, bar, and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is completely furnished for all your cooking needs. Enjoy the ice-cream maker year round. The front living room has a queen size pull out sofa and is a quiet place for reading and relaxation. Each bedroom has a TV, and one bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. A washer and dryer are provided as well as a Pack and Play for your baby or young child. Plentiful baby needs provided with advanced notice. All TV's are smart TV's with access to all your favorite apps. YouTubeTV is available for live TV with access to over 85 channels. High-speed Wi-FI with three router locations blast internet throughout the entire house and backyard.

Parking is available for 3 cars or a boat and 2 cars. Please note there is a circular driveway that stretches the length of the property. Please only park on the 1731 side.

This home is conveniently located in a safe, quiet, peaceful family neighborhood interspersed with canals. Starbucks is a five minute walk, with restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores all within half a mile. Walking one block (2 min.) takes you to a fishing charter, booze cruise, sand bar cruise and intracoastal cruise. The beach is just over a mile, the public beach is 1.7 miles, and the boat launch is 1 mile. Activities ranging from monthly music by the beach, fishing and walking on the pier, fishing charters, a water taxi, playgrounds, outdoor gym, etc. abound. Pompano Beach has fantastic snorkeling and is one of the best wreck diving in the world. The pick up for most snorkeling and scuba diving charters are a mile away at the boat lunch. Bars, restaurants, breweries grocery stores and activities are all within a few miles. Nearby attractions are Butterfly World, Sugar Sand Park, Gumbo Limbo, Red Reef Park, airboat Everglade rides, and everything Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton offer are a short drive from the home.

Pay parking is available at all beach locations.
Pompano Beach provides free transportation with The Circuit starting at the boat launch and going all along the beach, the grocery store and the new Pompano Beach Fishing Village.
Uber and Lyft trips to Pompano Beach Fishing Village are under $10.00 or a 5 to 10 minute drive.
Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport is a 25 minute drive.
Miami International Airport is a 45 minute drive.
Palm Beach International Airport is a 37 minute drive.

You will have one side of the duplex and the backyard to yourself. There is a dividing wall and fence between both units of the duplex and you may hear your neighbor.
Enjoy the trip with another family and rent both sides for complete privacy, two kitchens, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, seven beds, four living rooms, two refrigerators, two washers, two dryers and two private back yards. The maximum pool temperature is 85 degrees.

The guest who makes the reservation must provide a picture of their ID, drivers license or passport in order to receive checkin instructions.

Anyone located within 50 miles of Pompano Beach must be pre-approved. This listing is perfect for families, not for anyone who wants to have a party.
