Steven was very welcoming and responsive to some of my early questions after we arrived. The house was as listed with plenty of room to spread out especially with the pool area which was very nice if you didn't want to go to the beach but the beach was very close. The location is also very close to Alot of restaurants, shopping and the Fisher Family Pier.

Great beach stat

Excellent location. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. Pool was warm and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for cooking meals during our stay. We would stay here again.

Had everything we needed but house itself could use some work. Has potential but needs some TLC. Latch to pool gate does not close all the way which could be a hazard for guests with small children.

Everything you want/need

This was a short notice stay due to an overbooking at a resort we were suppose to stay at in Pompano and this was much better. The house is very accomodating for 5 mostly adult people. Very spacious inside and out. Had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus. Access to the beach was a 3 min walk. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

Great location!!

Had a really nice 10 day stay here. The location was perfect with the beach one block away. Also loved the convenience of The Circuit for rides around Pompano. Steve was very responsive to our questions as well!

Great place and host!

Love the place! A minor hiccup getting in the first night but the rest of the stay was fantastic. Steve was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend booking this place.

Close to the beach

It was awesome and very close to the beach. Close to shops as well. Very clean. Pool was not heated upon arrival, and we did not look into how to turn it on until night before we left… We will know better for next time.

Excellent location and property

It was steps from the beach and walking to downtown. The inside was remodeled and very clean. Pool was great as well. The host responded anytime I had a question and was very pleasant. Will go again.

Great Location/Beach/Restaurants

We loved our stay at this house. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an "air fryer" so it made for quick and easy cooking. The pool was heated and maintained each week. Nice big screen TV for watching our NFL playoff games as well. Again, the location and and walking distance a big plus for this location. We would love to come back!

If you are looking for a place close to the beach, this is it! Not much curb appeal but it was clean inside and the pool was perfect for an evening dip!

Perfect Beach House

This house is located a 4 minute walk from the beach, which is beautiful and has warm water and great waves most days. The pool is also a great way to cool off and sit in the shade and read or relax. You can walk to many great restaurants. It's just far enough to work off your meal onthe way home. Steve is a very responsive and conscientious owner. We enjoyed it here very much.

Fantastic Location

The house was perfect location, However it needs some TLC, it is also a 2 bedroom with a den alcove, not a 3 bedroom. Owner was excellent with communication and not sure he is even abreast of the needed work, since he is remote. Local Management company should be more on top of these items. If you can overlook the odds and ends that need maintenance and don't need a true 3 bedroom. This is a solid place.

Best place to stay

The house had everything you needed. From bug spray, bathroom essentials and kitchen needs. They had tons of floats and toys for the kids in the pool. And even more for the beach. There was a beach wagon and chairs/umbrella. It’s a very short distance to the beach and under a half mile to restaurants. We will definitely request to stay at this house again. The host was very good with communication with any needs or recommendations.

Perfect Location

This is all about the location. Great spot close to beaches, Pompano Pier and restaurants with excellent vibe. Really nice pool with loungers, towels, and beach gear. House is mostly recent refurb, clean and neat, with all the amenities you’ll need, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen, including support products, spices, etc. Curb appeal and patio landscaping are on the low side, but everything else makes up for them (and they are not why you would rent this place anyway). Easy checkin and good communications with the host.

Pompano Beach vacation

The property was exactly as listed. Location was great. Easy walk ~1 block from the beach. Steve did an awesome job stocking the place with everything you need. This includes beach and pool items like chairs, floats, balls and other toys. Beds were comfortable and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need. Steve was also super responsive and helpful even with local recommendations. We had fun visiting the pier and eating at local restaurants and even golfing nearby at the local municipal golf course. Would stay here again for sure. Zero complaints.

Perfect locale for our 3 wk stay

Less than 5 min walk to beach and beautiful 10 minute walk to the Pier area and restaurants was a great feature and kept us out of the car.d House itself was clean, well stocked, and beds were comfortable. Pool heated to 82, plenty of beach gear, and 2 nice bikes were appreciated. Don’t often get this. F Only suggestion for us would have been a gas grill (vs charcoal) and some landscaping in the back yard and pool area. Overall we had a great time. Steve was responsive, pleasant to deal with, and genuinely interested in doing what he could to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended

If you are visiting Florida you are no doubt here to experience the Water and the Sun. There is no better place to do this than the sanctuary I created. No sharing of the pool with inconsiderate people, No constantly having to go out for food, No driving to the beach and hoping to find parking, No tipping, No elevators or stairs, No missing sunrises or sunsets.... Who would have thought so many "no's" could bring about such joy. You will leave here wanting to come back. I have recently taken over this property and promptly bought all new furniture including new luxury mattresses.
