Serenity offers 3 levels of spacious, comfy living with 3 balconies and gorgeous water views. Sleeps max 8-10 comfortably with 2 Master bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), 3rd bedroom (Queen) & a loft-style nook (Queen) and 2 twin rollaway beds. Extra large kitchen with cozy living room and smart TVs in all bedrooms for relaxation and privacy.

Corporate groups, Sports teams and Transitioning families are always welcome!

Minutes to all beaches, Naval Station Norfolk, JEB Little Creek, Norfolk International, local Universities, Norfolk Premium Outlets, Norfolk's Waterside District, local eateries and OV Fishing Pier. Busch Gardens, Water Country, The Mount @ Chesapeake, aquariums & boardwalk are a short drive away! Check out our neighboring Sister property as well “Tis The Season”! Absolutely beautiful home and right on the water. The views were amazing!Beds and furnishings were so comfortable. They had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and convenient. From extra blankets, towels and kitchen supplies.The owner communicated well, including giving me a direct number in case we needed them.Will definitely stay here again if traveling to the area!

This is a great, spacious property with an amazing view and fairly close to everything we needed. Definitely read the instructions to make sure you bring all the necessities with you. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication with our host, Sony, was excellent. The rental was exactly what we needed. It had great common areas where the whole family could relax. Everyone’s bedroom was comfortable (especially the beds). Finally, the sunrise & sunset views over the lake lived up to the hype.

We had a great time! Easy walk to the beach, beautiful views from the balconies overlooking the creek. The perfect place for me, my wife, our two kids (5 & 8), our friend and his 10 year old, and my brother and his wife. We got plenty of rest and enjoyed our stay while attending a nearby music festival. Would definitely stay again!

Other than an amazing view of the bay, the owner Sony was awesome!!! Any questions or concerns we had Sony immediately responded and assisted us. We enjoyed our kitchen fellowships and watching tv in the living room. Very layed back and relaxing trip. Thanks Sony for helping to make this trip memorable.

Norfolk VA- Amazing house for family

Great place, very clean, plenty of room for a large family.Location was good and property & view of the water were very nice. Easy to get to and many restaurants and stores nearby. Highly recommend this place for your next visit.

We stayed recently and one of our guests had a stroke a few months prior. The elevator and multiple bathrooms with one on each level were great selling points!

Roller Derby Teammate Retreat

Myself and 9 of my teammates spent 3 nights in this house. It was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and spend time together. The view of the lake was amazing and it was close to a beach and tons of great dinning. I would totally stay here again.

Overall we were quite happy with the stay. The location suited us well being between Williamsburg and Virginia beach. The townhouse is as advertised. Plenty of room for the 8 of us all in beds. There were 2 other fold up twin beds available if needed. One thing worth noting is that the hot tub referenced in the listing is for the whirlpool tub in the master bedroom.
