Welcome to THE SEABREEZE VERANDA in Ocean City, New Jersey!

This stunning 2nd floor condo is on a large corner lot, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and the quiet end of the boardwalk! A private entrance and foyer welcomes you upstairs into a huge great room with cathedral ceilings, lots of natural light and open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen! Step outside, sit back and relax on the large L shaped front veranda to enjoy the sun and ocean breeze, or retreat to the big rooftop deck with panoramic views of Ocean City! This condo has TWO roomy master suites with en suite bathrooms. Additionally there are two spacious bedrooms, another full bath and a washer & dryer. One of the master suites and a hallway bedroom share access to a side balcony with partial view of the ocean. This unit includes a sizable one car garage with one off-street parking spot, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower.

Whether you choose to stay inside or enjoy the outdoors, you have many options for a fun and relaxing shore vacation with your family without having to drive anywhere from where this condo is located! It is equipped with 5 high-definition TVs with cable (in each bedroom and the great room), wifi, a variety of board games and books for all ages. Beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart in the garage are also available to guests of The Seabreeze Veranda.

Walk across the street to savor deliciously cool treats at Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream Shack, or brunch around the corner at Uncle Bill’s Pancake House or simply replenish at Blitz’s Market! Then stroll less than five minutes to the vast beach along Ocean City's Gold Coast, at the quiet end of the boardwalk. For a more vibrant scene, just walk a few blocks to explore the many restaurants, shops and entertainment at the lively Ocean City Boardwalk!

Please note, like the majority of Ocean City, New Jersey rentals, we do not provide any bed linens, bathroom linens nor beach towels. You may bring your own or you can contact one of the many linen service companies in Ocean City that will deliver and pick up at your convenience. You are responsible for this service, so we strongly encourage you to make arrangements as soon as you book your rental.

Below is an overview of the house and community rules that we must enforce. Please read them, as well as all your guests, prior to arrival.

-MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK THIS PLACE IS 30 YEARS OLD. Upon booking a valid Government photo ID will be required from the primary renter, as well as the names and ages of all your guests.

-During peak season (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) check-in days are Saturday or Sunday only. And check-out is Friday or Saturday only.

-MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS is 10.

-NO PETS.

-STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

-NO SMOKING in the unit, balconies or common areas.

-NOISE ORDINANCE - Please be considerate and keep noise, music and speech at normal conversational level at all times.

-IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY TO PERFORM NECESSARY REPAIRS AND/OR MAINTENANCE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY YOU AND APPOINT ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES ENTER THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.

Family Vacation

Great OC Getaway

Great location and house! Kitchen, rooms, appliances, and outdoor decks were great. Grill was clean and had plenty of propane. Owners supplied nice beach chairs and provided tags for staying on the beach. Beach was in walking distance of house and there is also a convenience store, pancake restaurant, and ice cream place also within walking distance. I would stay here again and the entire family had a wonderful vacation. Thank-you!

I stayed here with my husband, two grown daughters, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters (10 yo & 11 months). The home was clean and the perfect size. We could easily walk to the beach and appreciated that some beach amenities were available to us. Eric and Josephine were easy to reach prior to our stay with some simple questions and promptly responded. We would definitely come back!

Perfect Vacation

Traveling from the Midwest to renew and create new memories the Seabreeze Veranda was the setting for our wonderful vacation. Beautifully appointed with all the amenities, including beach essentials and a lovely remembrance gift. Evenings on the veranda and rooftop sunsets ended our beach and activity filled days Our three generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We hope to return someday.

Great experience

Jo was wonderful to deal with from the beginning. The house is lovely, well located and worked well for an extended family. The weather wasn’t great for the first few days but the house had great games, a super comfortable living room and great kitchen to cook in. Then when the sun came out we appreciated the beach chairs and we did yoga on the roof deck which was great! We will be back!

Perfect stay

My family and I had the greatest stay at this property in OCNJ! Traveled with kids ages 0-11 and it was perfect, super close to the beach, across the street from an ice cream and amazing donut shop! So convenient with young kids. Property was amazing, clean and had all the essentials, roof top deck was awesome! They even let us check in early to accommodate our kids and their naps, it was perfection :) thanks!

Exceeded expectations, pictures do not convey how nice the property is. Kitchen and bathrooms are lovely, new and clean. Furnishings and appliances are top tier. Location is superb and wonderful for little ones with Uncle Bills Pancake House and Aunt Bettys Ice Cream just a short block away. A great place to make memories.

Summer Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach condo with our family of 8 (including a baby and a young child). The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean—truly a welcoming and comfortable space to relax in. The large deck was a favorite spot for all of us, and the quiet bedrooms made it easy to unwind after a day in the sun.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach in a quiet, family-friendly area of Ocean City. We also loved having ice cream, donuts, sandwich place, and Uncle Bill’s Pancakes right across the street—so convenient and fun! The kitchen was very well-stocked, and we appreciated the extras like beach chairs, canopy tent, and a wagon to help get everything to the beach. This home had everything we needed, and more, for a relaxing, memory-filled vacation.

This is an excellent house that is very clean and comfortable. It is located 4 short blocks from the beach. Near boardwalk! Loved location. Near Blitz’ and aunt Betty’s ice cream. Deck is nice- bring a sweatshirt for evenings as cool breeze from ocean hits directly. House set up is great! Great kitchen- comfortable furniture. Very clean!

Ocean City Beach Week

The condo was exactly as pictured with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and the little extras like small bath soaps, shampoos and conditioners were a nice touch. Matresses and pillows were comfortable, but if you like heavy or fluffy bedding you might want to bring your own extra blankets for the beds. The bedding blanket was nice and clean just a little thin. Overall, our family had a great time and we would rent this property again.

Beach perfection

So much love about this property: fully stocked kitchen, sparkling clean, large lighted deck facing the beach plus amazing roof top deck, big dining room table, lots of board games, huge garage with beach chairs included, gorgeous showers, easy walk to the beach. Go to Aunt Betty's Ice Cream right across the street!! Our group of 10 absolutely had the best time!! Thank you Eric. Ps my personal favorites were the built in beverage fridge and the cute numbered beach tag lanyards, such a fun touch!
