Racing Fans Box Seats available upon request and available for Friday and Saturdays ONLY December 9th-May 16th. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Was a great weekend at the races! Everything was wonderful except the loud street right next to the house. They provided ear plugs but the street and the church bells every hour I could’ve done without. The house was really cute and well maintained. Very comfortable for our weekend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was decorated so cute with a fun Hot Springs theme, which made it feel extra special. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean and well organized.The hosts were incredibly responsive and clearly go the extra mile in ways that many hosts don’t. When we arrived there were snacks waiting for us, and they even had extra toothbrushes available in case you forgot yours—such a thoughtful touch.The house is very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay: plenty of towels, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and more. They also provide lots of maps and activity ideas in the kitchen, which was really helpful for planning our time in the area.There’s even a carport, which would be great during bad weather. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend this host and house, and we would absolutely stay here again!
