The Space:

This large 3 bedroom house has something for everyone. It is the perfect getaway location right next to Beaver Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee and a partial view of the lake from the sun room in front of the house.



The large living room has a 70' smart TV, comfortable couches and a large play area.

The spacious sunroom has plenty of seating area facing the north where you can relax. It has a partial lake view in the winter.

The master bedroom is enormous and has its own private bathroom with a dual vanity and desk. The 2nd bedroom also has a private bathroom and private access to the back deck. A large room upstairs houses 2 double beds and a bunk bed, plus a half bath.

Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house.



Other Things to Note:

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.



- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.



- No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- EXTRA GUESTS - This listing is for 8 guests. Six extra guests up to 14 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Must be at least 22 years old to book



- Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- We require an additional deposit for guests hosting their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
