Modern internal condo with good views of Beaver lake. Easy check in. Directions aren’t straightforward but we got to place and easy to get around town from this spot. Would stay again. Host needs to add an iron to the place though. Good spot!

Beautiful condo aesthetically so pleasing in every corner of the space. The bathrooms are gorgeous, the furnishings and decor. The view of the trees and lake in the distance is so peaceful. We enjoyed all aspects of cooking, watching tv, sitting in the deck and making popcorn. Amazing place!

Hosts communication was great. We loved the 3-minute drive to the Marina and close food options. We had a great meal at El Pueblito Mexican Restaurant, which was only a 5-minute drive or less. We will definitely rebook this unit for future fishing trips!

The place was spotless. It is a great place to stay. Shops near by. The kitchen is beyond words. Beds are great also. Everyone needs to ck this place out if you are going to Rodgers.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my sister’s bachelorette! Everything was thoughtfully prepared—clean, stylish, and well stocked with essentials from bath towels to scissors. As a hotelier, I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the stay, especially the cute little honor bar with snacks, face masks, Liquid I.V., and Tylenol.The location was also perfect, just a two-minute drive to Prairie Creek Marina where our boat slip was.There was only one thing to note. The bedrooms are downstairs while the kitchen and main living spaces are upstairs, so early risers or late-night conversations can be heard throughout the house. It’s definitely more noticeable with a full house, though! That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience for us, and everything else about the stay was excellent. The hosts were very kind and super responsive, and we’d absolutely stay again.

Beaver Lake Luxury RetreatThis condo was beautiful, with absolutely wonderful views. The host was also very responsive and an excellent communicator, which we greatly appreciated.Our main concern was the bedroom layout. The “main/master suite” is downstairs and includes two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is quite small, with very limited floor space for luggage, and has no window. Both bedrooms are located on the lower level.We were traveling with our daughter and her two toddlers, so we gave them the larger bedroom with the bathroom. Since the children went to bed fairly early, my husband and I used the smaller bedroom and had to go upstairs whenever we needed to use the bathroom. This arrangement was less convenient than we had anticipated.There is also an open hardwood staircase between the levels, which we found less than ideal when traveling with two small children.That said, the condo itself was beautiful, the views were fantastic, and the host was excellent to work with. This rental could be a very good fit for adults or for a group comfortable with the bedroom arrangement. I would simply recommend reviewing the layout and staircase carefully before booking, especially if traveling with young children.

We love this area because it gives you the peaceful feel of a Beaver Lake getaway while still being just minutes from Rogers. Our neighborhood sits right at Prairie Creek, surrounded by rolling hills, mature trees, and wildlife. Deer are seen almost daily, along with plenty of birds and other wildlife. Prairie Creek Marina, the swim beach, boat launch, playground, and state park are all just down the road, while Downtown Rogers, restaurants, shopping, and everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer are only a short drive away. It’s the perfect mix of lake life, nature, and convenience.
