Welcome to this cozy Somerset beachfront condo! Enjoy nightly sunsets from your western exposure balcony. With multiple private boardwalks that allow you and your family to walk directly to the beach. Two heated pools and 2 outdoor grilling areas. Consierge check-in as well as local management in case of any issues. Hope to host you and your family in the future!

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1st- October 31st: Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

Lessee [or substitute "Tenant" or "Renter" for "Lessee" everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and undertands that the period from May 1 through October 31st each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf of America to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lesse agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defence costs incurred."

I have worked with property managers Kurt and Katalina for two years and am renting a place in 2027 they manage because they are wonderful to work with. Their communication and response to any questions is always timely. They are very attentive to renters, their questions, and concerns. Throughout the years I have worked with many property managers. Awesome beach view and good location. Nice outdoor balcony, living and dining area. Kitchen utensils very limited. Bedroom sheets and pillows were substandard. Would have been nice to have a second shower in the master. Curtain in second bedroom was broken (no privacy) as was the small towel bar in master bath.

We love Marco Island, and this is our 3rd stay at the Somerset. All in different apartments. It is perfect for us as its right on the beach so it doesn't take long to get by the water and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The Somerset is quiet and safe, as is the locale. The apartments are all large and have every amenity you need. I would thoroughly recommend it and our host.

Beautiful vacation getaway

The condo was wonderful!!! Only one complaint, the king size bed made horrible noise everytime you rolled over on it. Both sides, just something you might want to check into for the next guests to get a better nights sleep. Otherwise absolutely loved it!!!

Winter warm up!

What a wonderful stay at the Somerset! Condo was well furnished and perfect for us! Easy in and out, everything was perfect in great condition. We cooked in 3 nights and loved the sunsets from our beach and balcony. Beds were comfy too. Can’t wait to come back!

Hear the waves from the balcony.

Great waterfront property. At night, with the window open, you can hear the waves. Outstanding sunset views. Close to many restaurants. One small item is there is no shower in the master bath, just a tube. Not a big problem for us.

Good Stay

The building location was perfect. I understand that the unit has a new owner and that they are slowly making improvements. The furniture was definitely new which was nice.But they have a long way to go.The outdated soaking tub in the master bathroom needs to be replaced with a shower or tub/shower. Take special note the MB has a soaking tub only!!The guest bathroom needs grab bars in the shower as well as a floor mat. The floor was extremely slippery. The kitchen dishes/pots/pans/flatware need to be replaced with matching sets. I thought I was in a cabin in the northwoods of Wisconsin using whatever previous guest left behind. (BTW, I love the northwoods)And the coffee maker should be replaced. The carafe obviously is not original and is ill fitting.The microwave was broken and waiting for a replacement. Hope it arrived after our departure.Extra paper towels in the kitchen and toilet paper in the bathrooms (more than one roll) would be nice.And the furnace filter could be changed out.The bedroom closets were used as storage for old unwanted pictures, mirrors, bedding, a roll away bed, etc., leaving little to no space to hang clothes.The outer room was full of the old furniture (pretty shabby looking). And a foldable wagon full of beach stuff should have been in the storage in the lower level.The blinds in the back bedroom were missing a few slates. Privacy was an issue. Kurt was wonderful and responded to a few immediate needs.

Needs updating

The condo was great overall. There are some problems that need to be addressed. One is the lighting, 90% of the time the closet light doesn’t work it will come on and it will go off. We could never find a way to turn on the dining room table light in the bathroom lighting and the vanity room lighting is absolutely horrible. When we got there, the washer was broke. It got fixed immediately, but it is extremely loud. The chairs and umbrellas are rusted out and broken and absolutely disgusting. I’m not too sure what the point of putting the front room is when it has no climate control. It’s like a sauna there’s no air-conditioning in that room at all. The second bedroom with the two twin size beds are the hardest beds you’re better off, sleeping on the lawn chair on the deck to be more comfortable. The master bedroom bed is perfectly fine. The TV could be bigger and we could never figure out how to use or turn the TV on in the living room. There really should be black out blinds on the windows in the bedroom and the living room. Some of the pieces of the blinds in the bedroom are missing and the living room curtains are see-through. There is no shower in the master bathroom just a tub that looks like it may fit two people but honestly it just fits one. Unfortunately, while we stayed, they had beach construction going on which is not the owner of the condo’s fault but a heads up would’ve been great. construction on the ramps was loud also.Updates would go a long way.View is great
