Maison de luxe à North Scottsdale gated golf community. Sensation incroyablement ouverte avec 2850 pieds carrés, plafonds de 12 pi, vaste verre donnant sur le patio, piscine Pebble-Tec, spa creusé, barbecue intégré et kiva avec bûches à gaz. Une vue imprenable sur le 13e trou du parcours de golf Legend Trail et les montagnes. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil et de vues étincelantes sur la ville.

Très grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des armoires de grande qualité. La cuisine et la salle à manger ont un comptoir en verre au plafond et un immense bar de 10 pi en granit pour que vous ne manquiez de rien pendant la préparation des repas. La grande salle ouvre l'extérieur avec des portes coulissantes en verre de 10 pieds de haut, des sièges confortables et une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces. Pour l'intimité, il y a des volets de plantation sur les fenêtres de toute la maison.

Cuisine, salle à manger, grande salle et chambre principale ont toutes des vues vers l'ouest pour profiter des couchers de soleil. Sortez à droite de votre porte de la chambre principale dans le spa ou asseyez-vous à côté d'un feu confortable dans le patio kiva. Master a une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces et un immense placard avec encastrés. Détendez-vous à la lueur des bougies dans la grande baignoire à jets avec douche à l'italienne en verre accompagnée et deux lavabos.

La chambre a sa propre salle de bain, un lit King et une télévision à écran plat. Bureau / salon avec Internet haut débit et imprimante laser. La casita attenante est juste en face de la cour avant avec lit King, écran plat et salle de bain privée.

Le Legend Trail Golf Club est classé par Golf Digest comme «l'un des meilleurs endroits pour jouer» (4. 5 étoiles) et il existe de nombreux parcours les mieux notés, tels que The Boulders (5 min), Troon North (5 min), TPC Scottsdale (15 min), Grayhawk (15 min), Sanctuary (20 min), Kierland (20 min), Talking Stick, We-Ko-Pa et d'autres ne sont qu'à une courte distance en voiture.

Second Stay

If your looking for beautiful scenery, updated and renovated property, property owner and manager that meets every need and responds in a quick manner, property in a gated community with access to the community center, look no further. This was our second stay for 2 months and we loved our stay. Be sure to book ahead since we booked this property 2 years ago.

Great Place

Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We have stayed at this location 2 times and would go back again. We were there in February and March 2017 and just recently in November of 2017. The owners were really accommodating and fair. The sunsets were wonderful. We would've booked it again for next February and March but unfortunately it was already taken.

Sunshine in February

We had a very positive experience with this rental home. The house itself was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and in a wonderful neighborhood. If you happened to be interested in pickleball, the Legend Trail PB community is very friendly and welcoming. Owners and contact person were readily available if needed, although we had no issues during the month we were there. We would highly recommend it!

Carefree Getaway

Beautiful home with all the amenities in a wonderful location. Sunsets, friendly neighborhood, quiet, and secure. Having the casita was great for our short term guests. Well equipped kitchen for a gourmet cook. Easy access to local businesses and restaurants. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in.

A month away from MN

This is our second stay at this property. We love the neighborhood/location because of proximity to the golf course, great walking, hiking trails and a great area to bike. We now have out favorite restaurants in Cave Creek. Great house: size, design, amenities, etc...! We will continue to rent here. Thank you!

Best VBRO place I stayed. The place is great, everything seems new, clean, well appointed, great evenings enjoying the outdoors and viewing the stars. Nice golf course; great sunset and 20m to Scottsdale. Can’t recommend enough and I aim to return if available!

The perfect place to retreat for a month

We stayed at this home for the past month. It was our own private sanctuary. The home is the perfect size, has every amenity, and the view is spectacular. We loved the fire pit on the deck at night, the pool, gourmet kitchen, view of the golf course, and pool. Cannot say enough great things about this home, the property management group, and the owners. Thank you!

The Best!!!!!!

The Poltrack's home would have been the perfect home under normal circumstances but with the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic, requiring more time in quarantine at home, it was the best possible situation! The home is beautiful, with an outdoor living area including heated pool and hot tub that enjoys a sunset view. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cooking utensils, china and crystal. Louise answered every question I had as I planned my trip and throughout my stay. I will always be grateful that this was my "home" for over a month during such an uncertain time.

Is this Heaven?

Hi Louise. Barb and I had such a wonderful time in your beautiful home. We celebrated her retirement from the school district; celebrated my 65 birthday; had friends come and enjoy your home; Grandson came for Spring Break. What better way to spend 2 months away from the winter vortex in Iowa? Everything we needed was there. I used your gas grill multiple times during the week. We only had issues with the hot tub/pool and hopefully those will be all taken care of for the next guests. We will be coming back in the future, depending on any health issues. I would hope that everyone who stays in your home has such a wonderful experience that Barb and I had. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and wishing you blessings and good health. Beautiful Property!

We spent a month here and just loved it. The house itself was beautifully furnished and had everything you could need. We loved having the casita for when friends visited. The location was great - central to everything and close to Carefree, Cave Creek, and North Scottsdale. The sunset views were amazing. Louise was great to work with and if we had any issues, Jason was quick to get them resolved. Thanks for a great vacation!

Million Dollar view!

We loved staying in this home. We had 4 children visit for one week, and this house was large enough to accommodate all 6 of us quite comfortably. The casita is a bonus when having visitors. Upon arrival we were greeted by the professional property manager. The house was very clean, and furniture etc. were not tired looking as is the case in many rentals. The backyard and view is what sold us on renting this home. Amazing! Overlooks the golf course but there is a buffer area so you don’t get carts running up your backyard area. Perfect location. Louise was always prompt to respond to a few questions I had. The house was well stocked with spices and staples. The fridge had a lot of staples left from prior renters. Very well stocked. Before you shop, check what has been left behind. This is the third time we have stayed in the Legends Golf course area. We are golfers and the 10 game package Legends offers is one of the better deals in the area. Our children were able to golf at reduced rates. Never had an issue getting a tee time. This was during their busy season. We prefer this area as it is a bit quieter, yet close to Cave Creek area. Buffalo Chips on Friday night for bull riding is a must. Lots of fun. You don’t have to drive far to find good restaurants in that area. This area is a good jump off location for day trips to Sedona, Horseshoe Canyon ... Scottsdale for shopping. The only big negative of our vacation was the weather. We only had one week of sun and warmth. For the other three weeks it was quite cool, windy and rainy. The house, location, professionalism of owner gets a 5 star. The weather .... would get a 3 star.

Beautiful well maintained home in North Scottsdale

What an idyllic home! Spectacular sunset and mountain views. The home provided a wonderful respite from the 2018 long, cold winter in the Midwest. Temps were in the 70's and 80's most days. Everything was in excellent working order and the house is well maintained with all essentials (and then some). The kitchen pantry, in particular, was well-stocked with spices and other condiments. The home is in proximity to many hiking trails, multiple golf courses and shopping. Family and friends that visited were understandably reluctant to leave! We were also struck by the friendliness of everyone living in Legend Trail and were recipients of many "hellos", smiles and waves during our morning walks. The office Study was perfect for helping prepare for a board meeting and has a scanner, printer and copier that was much appreciated. We will definitely consider re-booking this property. Thank you Louise, Art and Jason for being so hospitable!

Desert Paradise in a Gated Luxury Community

From the minute we checked in, we were amazed at the beauty, space and upscale features of this gorgeous home. The west-facing covered patio in back is spectacular with its pool, hot tub, kiva, and built-in gas grill. The views of the strips of desert, golf course fairway, and city lights in the distance are spectacular, and the sunsets are magnificent to experience. The home is exceptionally well equipped, and Louise and Art Poltrack are wonderful hosts who ensured that we were comfortably settled and had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the location - well north of the Scottsdale hustle and bustle yet convenient to shopping, upscale restaurants, and activities that are typically of interest to visiting snowbirds. The Legend Trail community is very close to Carefree and Cave Creek with the many restaurants and shops to be found there. Excellent hiking opportunities and amazing sightseeing spots are also nearby for perfect day trips. We are a senior couple who travel extensively, and we found Poltracks' home perfect for us and another couple that we enjoy taking trips with. Our son and daughter-in-law also joined us for several nights and were very comfortable in the attached casita. Thank you, Louise and Art, for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful Legend Trail Home

Louise & Art, Thanks again for allowing us to rent your fabulous house this past March/April 2016, the time passed too quickly. We'll miss our morning coffee time in the front atrium and the walks through the neighbourhood. Everyone we met on our walks was so friendly and made us feel like locals! Your home is so well appointed - the kitchen is well-equipped and functional, the entertainment systems in every bedroom were amazing and the beds were the best! Some of our visiting guests were very reluctant to leave! Our favourite times were spent on the back patio enjoying the pool, dining while watching the sunsets and watching the stars at night while relaxing in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering a rental in Scottsdale.

Paradise in Legend Trail

Hi my family and I visited the home Jan 24 to March 1st 2016. The home was equipped with everything you could think of. There was everything you needed.The home was furnished beautifully and the outdoor pools and patio were out of this world. The evening sunsets were spectacular. The owners of the property were a email or phone call away. She went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed during our stay at her lovely home. The home is situated close to all amenities needed. We would rent this home again for our next stay in Legend Trail. We loved it!!
